Well Here's another logo, unfortunately I don't think there are many people on the forum that are still active in it, maybe if Cain came back and did some more modding it would come back to life.

Well here are a couple more ideas, if you'd care to look at my signature you'll notice the series of logos. Now, thats an excellent way to add publicity to your projects no matter what they may be and would enable those people that are curious about an organization to voice questions to those of us that are members. I think its a great idea, maybe the moderators should have their own logo, the Reloaded staff should have one for certain, maybe if we had another big RPG (Clone Wars Tour?) it would deserve a logo.

I don't know if they should belong in your signature, as now your signature is bigger than your posts. The insignias are nice, but they are too big.

 

A logo or a sign of affiliation would be better off under the avatar, along with alll that other info. Somehow like this.

It could have some little insignia, but definitely in the 16x16 range...

I Like you're Idea, SM. I like you're idea Trej, however I think it should be more like 25 x 25 for each one.

Well the only problem with Trej's idea is that if you make them much smaller... you won't be able to read them, I'll play around with them for a bit. See if I can make them any smaller. I personally would rather have such insignia below the Avatar along with the rank, but currently thats not possible.

While your starfighter is very cool, perhaps as an insignia you could have that Rapora affiliation insignia you used in one of your cards, as it makes better in a square image. Much the same for Reloaded, for RDBII, the RebTwo-ers or the Homeworlders. As each could find an insignia that could fit inside a 36x36-ish square.

Personally I thinka 30 x 70 Logo would be best, it would enable the creator to add text, and if we made it standard it would simplify things. On another not 30 x 70 is about the same size as the Rank insignia.

 

Click on my Rapora Wars image and be zapped to the Rapora Wars Mod Team Thread... Now thats a cool feature.

If each section has a logo it would pose one problem. How would you know which logos to have.

There really aren't that many sections Mad, I'm thinking two Logos for the Rapora Wars, 1 the RPG, 2 the Total Conversion Project.

Though having a logo for each community would be rather neat, I think that it would prove, in the end, to be a waste. Maybe that's just my opinion, but I think it's a little more important finding a SWR.Com logo than it is to find individual community logos.

I say we stick to one logo for the moment and when the community has expanded a bit more then lets create individual logos.

Something or anything animated really... a lightsaber chopping up the SWR letters? A Yoda pop'ing out? A Star Destroyer flying by?

 

And maybe a smaller minibanner... something in the size of 100-150 width, 20 height.

I will give it a shot if i find the time.
