Well done, Master J, but a dark projection of herself she must be, for she has no reflection on the ground!

 

As for the sabers... they're easy (I took the liberty of retouching your pic back to saberless state):

1/ On a separate layer, draw a white line of appropriate thickness

2/ Create another layer, screen or linear dodge blending mode, and draw a thicker, colored line.

3/ Apply Gaussian Blur to the layer (about 4 pixels radius looked good on this pic).
