Ooo, I'm so excited.. they have East & West servers... but I guess they couldn't bother to point out the states so we would know which ones were actually close to us? Especially since I live in Illinois, and ping DOES matter here. Stupid pf..

 

Oh, and did you read their latest news? Seems minors don't get picked for the beta... oh, great, just great..

Any news on a European server? Minors in America are under 18 aren't they? Probably to do with secrecy and signing legal docs etc. My sympathy's to you. I'm not a minor, but there's no way i'd get to be a beta tester. Btw, it's slated for December release, march seems more likely, just in time for the new 2meg connection. Yay!!!

For this exactly, they refer to a minor as being under 18, and there probably will be European servers.. just not right away. For all we know "East" could mean "Japan" .

Or they could mean EurAsia by East, i hope!

Actually, now that I think of it I don't remember putting my birthdate anywhere on the beta sign-up.. unless when I was registering for station.sony.com

 

Anyways, I am a member of the media now maybe they will let me in (to beta test)

 

I hope they specify where the servers are, we should pick something in New England, USA and all go play there.

That's kinda the problem. We're fairly well dispersed, and none of use can play all day long.

Maybe we can all join a bigger faction
