  1. I was just wondering is there a way WITHOUT editing the config files to force the game to run at a certain res (mainly because i remeber a topic that solved this before the forums were changed and it was gone. THX.
  2. EJ the TF lander your making in the gallery has two engines mounted one atop the other. BUT in the movies and all the games I've seen it has them side by side. just wondering if this is for looks or rather just a mistake.

  6. i don't mind eaw and foc to much i hope some day we get back the weapons hard points and shields. hopefully if warlords jumps to sins there will be enough of a performance boost from the engine and the new hardware to get them back. Oh and i would also like to be on that list of yours if you ever do that
  7. from what i have heard there will be a direct x 10 emulator for xp thought it wont be as fast
  8. the mods going to play a LOT different if and when you move over to sins. i hope you guys will get a better graphics and game engine. and hopefully you guys go with direct x 10
  9. so let me just ask you HIGH END people a few things since i am gona build a new comp for myself any visual difference in the mod. like lods not appearing as much if at all. and what settings you got the mod running at (mod and card settings) just wondering
  10. I noticed this a while ago but didn't say anything until now but is it just me or is something wrong with the tie bomber to me it looks like there are no textures on it. so just wondering if its something with my comp or something with the mod anyway it don't bother me to much.

    only when the emps have a navy at that point in the game the emps had about 1-2 venitors and a few fighters i had gone on overdrive and was chuging out vsdmk1 but the cis at that point had like 5 battleships 5 control ships and a tone of smaller ones from one edge of the map to the other

    here is a few intresting things i found i decided to have one of those supreme commander style cpu crunch tests with warlords so i got all the factions there and about 10 minitues in the CIS flat out ownd the whole map at 5 minutes they had crusiers and still only a fighter yard then i played as them and found a builder buoy in there build list. that would explain how all the other teams just got destroyers and the cis brings in the BIG guns so fast.
  14. actwilly even though i can't help much i beleive its something to do with you cd/dvd drive. someone for FoC had this problem and found out it was his disk drive.
  15. In this case i believe he means the Vengeance class frigate not the vengeance from what ive seen the vengeance is not in yet. isn't it everything above the new VSD mk 1 model basically not in yet?
  16. when i suggested sheilds i meant like just a recharging status bar that would keep the ships hull at full strength prrotected untill it droped all the way ;D but then again since i never noticed them before. i don't know. i guess its becase i really came here after 5.0 came out. none the less if you can make it work that would be cool
  17. isn't the pulsar station still a moonlit sized terror weapon? and if i recall correctly it was suspected to be built inside a moon.
  18. i think that would be a great idea. what also would be cool if some ships would get replaced with time. and some wouldn't. like the venitor would vanish after the clone wars. along with the acclamators. VSD's would stay for a while untill the VSD MK III came out and it would replace them. i think this would be very nice since you could have ships appering and dissapering based on timeline. as well some era upgrades should cost more or take longer the resurch like going form kotor to clone wars. but none the less a solid idea

I was also thinking if you add stations as points to make them diffrent things that the player can't normaly build. -like the eaw mercenary stations were you can build some unique ships. -heres one form xwa if you want to add a moving point to one map. you could have a point that was the unarmed imp droid contorl ship and you could build the ties like the tie bomb and the tie with one wing and a turbolaser. - i also think it would be cool if there were a few points that were farther form the main battle that could be unique structures like the orbital guns form jedi starfighter.
  20. well to help lower the emails i will also post feedback here if you don't mind so after 5 games of playing i noticed only some slight problems with the ai -when ships form the ai reach one of the points they don't move to engage threats even when under fire. this gets really anotying with fighters but not so much other ships. -the ai doesn't seem to be active if certain teams are involved or if its higher that a 1v1 to much. -i got some weird error saying the ai had crashed and wouldn't work right when i was in game on one of the random maps. now for positives i got - i really love how the ai uses units effectively when taking points form the player. like how capital ships will be long range support fighters and corvettes will rush in and frigates will flank. things for the future -i think the ai should bring in stations after points are secure to hold them and free up capital ships. -points should be objects so people can see them without going to sencors. so far so good id say

  22. as well as its imposible to tell were the projectors are due to the fact that most MC's are unique even in the same class
  23. and the reason for this? simple the jedi aces really liked the amount of fighters these things carried. id expect the new VSD MK 1 model will be in the republic and empire teams when the next update comes.

    what about the one event (forgot the name) were the VSD MK I's battled the bulwarks for the first time. not sure how many ships there were for each force so it should be easy to balance out base on the mods current standings.
