  2. I don't think there are any limits you should be worried about but 5000 polys for capital ships and 2000 for fighters is a reasonable amount. You can make more detailed models but then don't forget about LOD support.
  3. Thanks! The problem with deploying stormtroopers is the lack of proper infantry animations. I think the AT-TE is too low for using the ropes. But definitely the FoC version will be a troop transport. Adding the ability to drop stormies may be possible but currently I haven't enough time to figure it out (I was thinking about renaming one of the existing infantry animations).
  4. Hello! I was working on this project for some time. Unfortunately I have less free time after the Christmas (mostly because studies exams), so I decided to release it now, even if it's not perfect yet. In V2 you can expect: - improved animations - nice death animation - detailed shadow - custom planet of Rothana where all factions can build the AT-TEs - additional FoC release AT-TE Walker is buildable by the Empire in Heavy Vehicle Factory (GC) and by both factions in Cantina (MP). There are 2 main textures sets: generic and desert, Rebel and Imperial variants slighly differ from each other, too. You may consider the AT-TE overpowered but if this mod adds only 1 vehicle, so I decided to make it very useful. Installation: Extract the archive into your *\Star Wars Empire at War\GameData\Data\ folder This mod was made for EaW 1.05 but may work with older versions.   6. I'm not taking any credits for icons I made (including Needa). Maybe if I made them from scratch...but I didn't, it's an edited picture found with google. I'm glad one of my icons helped you make your own

  9. You can add new heroes in sandbox files (1 file is for 1 GC scenario).

  11. No, it's hex editor job. I've managed to do it with the 'try-and-fail method', it's slighly different for each kind of engine (I resized Y-Wing's and gave them for Sovereign SSD).
