  1. Halo Theme Mjolnir Mix - Halo 2 Original Soundtrack
  2. Oh well, mistakes happen. If it were me I would have edited the wrong file and caused my computer to go into an endless start up-shut down cycle for 15 hours. And if you think its bad that you lost 200 posts think about fosh...800
  3. Your video card might be the problem, not your comp.
  4. Ubisoft has had a lot of bugs in their recent games. I loved Silent Hunter 2 but when I played SH3 it had so many bugs in it I had to uninstall it off of my computer. However, I do have to complement the graphics for the game.
  5. I am glad people agree with me. If you have ever played Rome: Total War you would know it has a great auto-resolve engine.
  6. Who would you prefer for your games?
  7. You need to edit the file factions.xml
  8. Wow, can you take a joke? lol
  9. That problem was fixed in patch 1.2. It specifically mentioned that problem.
  10. Where did you buy it?
  11. Problem: Some Video Cards not good enough, can't handle the graphics Solution: Make a cap that is not to large or not to small so you can have average size battles Unfortunately, I have an Nvidia Ge Force FX 5200 (does not work to well with video games) video card, so if I have to many units on the screen at one time my computer will start to slow down. And since I am not old enough to get a job, I am in no position to get a new video card. That is why I don't make an unlimited population mod. However, if anyone does want one I will make one. Just ask me on this topic and I will post it on another topic.
  12. I could try to do that, but evening it out would be hard. Every single planet... Maybe I could have just one central planet. LATER: I did it to Hoth, and the Galactic Pop limit came out to be a little over 10000 (because of other planets).
  13. This mod triples the space pop in space tactical battles or space skirmishes. Unzip to: C:/Program Files/LucasArts/Star Wars Empire at War/GameData/Data/XML If you do not have an XML folder you can make one in the /GameData/Data
  14. This is a space mod that allows you to have double the ships in a space tactical battle or a space skirmish. Unzip to: C:/Program Files/LucasArts/Star Wars Empire at War/GameData/Data/XML If you do not have an XML folder you can make one /GameData/Data. This is my first mod so tell me if it does not work right, or just give some simple feedback. Thanks!
  15. That was not very nice.
  16. I have had EaW for about 3 weeks now, and I have come to realize that the auto-resolve engine is the worst I have ever used. I will go into a battle with: the Death Star, 5 ISDs, 5 Victory Star Destroyers, 8 Tartan Patrol Cruisers, 6 Acclamators, 2 Interdictors, 3 Broadside Cruisers, and the pop cap edited from 20 to 100. The enemy (rebels) will only have 3 Nebulon-B Frigates, a squad of Y-Wings, a squad of X-Wings, and a level 2 Space Station. When I do the auto-resolve I will loose 2 ISDs, 1 VSD, 2 Tartan Patrol Cruisers, and an Acclamator. The enemy will make it away with 2 Nebulon-B Frigates left. WHAT KIND OF AUTO-RESOLVE IS THAT!!?? I have 20 times the amount of firepower and I loose 3 times the amount of units they have. When I do the battle myself the enemy is completely wiped out and my units Shields haven't even been 15% damaged. To me, that is a major bug that needs to be fixed.
  17. How do I put a mod on this website so it can be downloaded and used by other people?
  18. I don't have the greatest video card (Nividia GeForce 5200), so I don't think I will be doing that just yet. I am searching for a more recent one (Nvidia 6 family).
  19. I had to amke my own XML folder.
  20. Spartan has a link to a cool XML editor.
  21. get a MEG extractor and an XML editor.
  22. You have to download a MEG extractor. I got mine form the tools and tutorials secton on page 1 of Mods General Workshop. If you have the full version of the game make sure the extractor is for the full version of the game. I got mine from a guy named Daveno (I would reccommend getting it from him, the directions I will give are for his extractor). After you have downloaded and installed, open the extractor and click on the config.meg. Scroll down about half way, and the look for the name factions.xml. NOT factionfiles.xml. You can edit it with notepad and word pad from what I have heard, but I got an XML editor from a guy named Spartan (a moderator) and it works really good. NOTE: You need the .NET 2.0 download from Microsoft to make the MEG extractor work. There are many links on this forum to get to it if you don't already have it.
  23. I downloaded Renevos meg extractor too. Did you get the one that said it was for the full game? And editing the XML can be done with an XML editor. The person Spartan has a free XML editor.
