  1. Hi, I was wondering if anyone could convert 6 models form the Warlords Resource pack for HW2 to EaW? I'm working on a personal mod of Steiner's Mod. A mod where the factions are the Terran Federation and the Melconian Empire. Anyway, the models are: Agrave, CR20, Vainglorious, Majestic, Invincable, TrafedII I have them all zipped up ready to send if anyone has the time. Or perhaps someone has already converted them? I know it's probably alot of work, but I have no way to convert them myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Captain Moon

Does anyone realize that everytime you go to the following site: http://eawnexus.gamingsource.net/forums It swamps your browser with a virus script that loads a trojanhorse "Loadnew.exe", shut downs your auto-protect virus scanner and then creates multiple programs with random letter names on your root drive and in many other hidden areas. All trying to access the internet. The 1st time I went to it, it loaded and tried to send 50 e-mails. Thank god for Zone Alarm. Had to system restore. Unfortunately it took me 2 more times before I realized it was actually the site. The last time it corrupted my system restore files and i had to reformat. One thing I realized is that XP w/SP2 is much more susceptable. When I reformated, I decided against SP2 and just stayed with SP1. I wasn't paying attention and clicked on a tut. link that went there again. Lucky this time my virus program caught it and shut the browser down before it could do damage. I can't believe no-one else has had this happen. Just FYI
  3. I also posted this question at LucasForums and got the answer that if you press the "i" key after you have zoomed out the command bar will come back up. Tested and it works!! ;D I can live with that but I will be looking for the keyboard configs to see if I can have it default to showing and will disappear if "i" is pressed. Either way...it works and does what I want! ;D
  4. Probably can't be done. I've scoured the xml files and experimented some with no results. Currently I use the keyboard for commands when zoomed out but I'd prefer the command bar. Maybe someone else will have some ideas. Thanks for the input.
  5. Is there a way to keep the command bar visible and working when zoomed out to Birds Eye View? I find the zoom out range right before the command bar dissapears to be very limited. I'd like to be able to zoom all the way out to BEV and still see and have full use of the command bar. Any ideas? Thanks

These vessels were also employed by the fledgling Empire, but the Venator-class were later phased out in favor of larger and more powerful designs."   7. Actually, the Venator was designed around the same time as the Victory and sometime after the Acclamator. This being shown in the EU as far as the Victory is concerned and EP II & III as far as the Acclamator (EPII) & the Venator (EPIII). The Venator is actually slightly larger than the Victory but supposedly equal in most respects to each other. So there is no reason it should even be considered obsolete when compared to the Acclamator or Victory. But in the interests of balance issues, I decided to set it between the two as far as how strong it is. Feel free to change it as you see fit though, I am just going for a realistic story as much as possible. ;D
  8. 1st, thanks to Slocket for his base Venator w/hardpoints added and buildability. Still buildable during Galactic Conquest but limited to Alliance Space Stations. I've changed the build icon for the Venator by adding red markings. But it's too big to attach the tga file. All you have to do is open it up in PSP, use the magic wand to highlight the black markings, then fill with a dark red. Changed to the correct Squadron V-Wing icon during battle instead of the Z95 icon. The Venator carries 2 Squadrons of V-Wings & Y-Wings each. 1 of each launches 1st with 1 each in reserve. It's only buildable by the Alliance, which is a personal choice of mine. It's buildable in Skirmish after upgrading to tech level 4 at the Alliance Space Station. It's not buildable by the Empire or Pirates anywhere else. Another personal choice. It's shields and armor have been upgraded to put it somewhere between the Acclamator & Victory Star Destroyers. Added a Venator name text file. Just need to add some names. Raised the Skirmish starting money limit to 100,000. You don't have to start with that much, but you can if you need to. This MOD is made to how I like it...use it if you like. Captain Moon 2-23-06
