While it could be a problem EVENTUALLY, right now it's not that much of a problem. It's caused by an increase of wind and Chlorine in the air, and that's why people banned CFC's. The Chlorofluorocarbon's that we produced as sterilizers, fefrigerent, and fire retardent, are banned because people found that they were in the hole. The reason is because they don't react with many substances, but because of the special conditions of the Polar Vortex, they only deplete ozone there. And it only DEEPENS the hole for the 4 months it's there. The other months, the ozone is the same as it is everywhere else.
