  1. yes i think its when u shoot it with an atst the armor from the speeder multiplys the attack value by .5 in this case lets say its 100 damage.. after armor its only 50 since 100x.5=50 so u can then replace the first part with whatever is shooting it.. and the second part with the armor blocking it.. and then the multyplier that will be used to come up with the end result

I think this may be alot easier than you think to put it simply .. allow the satelites in space to move basically we make it so that the hardpoints are always under the players control.. but when u roll over the ship with ur mouse and click u get the normal build screen which u use to build turrets and to give satelites guns or misslies either we could click on each hardpoint and mod it individually or allow a ship to be changed to a preset almost all the code is in the game .. u can upgrade satelites.. so the upgrade screen is there u can have build pads that only belong to a team.. and are always under that persons controll hardpoints.. and they can be destroyed.. and this leads to another way if u have ever played space skirmish u have found out that if ur space station's hardpoints are destroyed.. after 5 min or so u can repair the hardpoint because it turns black and it allows u to click on it giving u the option of repairing it why cant we change this to upgrade hardpoints? woulnt seem to hard to do

  4. supposedly i read that generals supported it as well i read that "u can use one monitor to map edit and another to play the game" which i find hard to belive.. but its possible.. ive done it.. just .. that if i go to one app the other minimizes :/

  6. i guess my only problem with this so far is the engines glow is too big for the fighters.. since u havnt changed it from default... it looks i guess maybe making the fighters.. just a tab bigger might help.. and making everything else a bit bigger if u wanna keep proportion I would really love to see some fighter squadrom action Looks good keep it up
  7. well im running mine with 2 monitors..1 in clone mode.. ive also tried using both monitors in extended desktop mode.. and like all other games.. funcions on one screen i have yet to try.. the one where u convert both ur monitors into one with one long start bar.. and stuff im sure that might work extremely long rez game:D almost hi def wIIIDDDEE screen
  8. I think in generals we were able to make a makeshift... "next page" button as an upgrade.. that costs 0 money.. u click on it.. and immidiately u get teh second page's units.. and u could go back and forth
  9. Yeah i have done this myself.. using a picture of my area.. from google maps.. and.. uh.. a really huge map.. the first time i got an exeption crahse.d. and had to reset the map size to default.. i never really realized how big the maps could be.. so i didnt go on

  19. thats true... the rebel super capital ship.. dont remember what its called.. has about 1000 little gun orbs.. that are floating outside the ship.. i guess they were supposed to be on the ship and give it the mon cal look..but on mine they are just. outside the ship.. outside the hull.. im sure that would reduce the poly count
  20. yeah ive played both the clone wars mod and the warlords mod but are u exactly sure of that.. seems like they were high poly like.... i think he even admitted it in the forums once.. It caused warlords to lag in big battles ... as far as the models go.. they are awsome and it would save lots of time but we definately need to look at the poly counts

I knew i shoulnd have asked ;D meanwhile im workin on something just for fun.. something that i think should be in game. u guys might agree but i can start doin gen cores 1 and 2 since i know what they look like.. thanks rebellion i could problably also google the rest of the stuff. provided it exists..

  24. we used a program to set it up since i cant do that and what we did is disable our internet when we got into the game so it would detect the programs ip.. then connect to the internet.. .. i forgot exactly how. .and the program did the routing to his computer.. he had no firewal. straight internet. and i had everything DMZ'ed to me
