  1. I hated slowly watching the loading bar of how long until my 5/100 troop was built with nothing to do, that happened all the time on games like EE/EE2, SWGB, AoE 1/2/3.

  3. I know that, but nomaly tie fire out long beams, but in a video they fire a line of green spheres at a cap ship.

  6. Very good point but I have seen screen shots of a group of transporters and some ties all on their own.
  7. Battlegrounds will be nothing compared to empire at war.
  8. Photon Torpedo? Nice spelling of proton torpedo. Any way there are some missiles coming from the X-wing's and, in one of the trailers TIE'S are firing some sort of misile or high energy wepon.
  9. The devs postes keep the forum alive, they suplie most of they new information, and the moment one of them says someithing everone starts to discuss the new info. Thanks alot for all the info.
  10. Most games have one part of the computer running the game, and a seperate part being the AI, on most new games the AI can not cheat, (Get extra resouses, see your troops) and will play like any human player.
  11. Hi there, great fist post, I agree with Darkmark about the title.
  12. Time spent on the galaxy map could take mere seconds before another attack is launched at you, or it could take minutes to hours. It's a guessing game, "Where will the enemy strike next, and when? And with what?" If it takes hours though before you see any sort of combat, you clearly are a defensive player. I will have ten minute gap beetween copbat, usless I've had a bad day a just need to kill.

  17. They wern't in SWGB and the reason they are comparing it to SWGB is it was the most recent SW RTS to date. Are you sure? I just played the game (SWGB) and i built a device called a radar jammer... There is a radar jammer in the scenarios, and there is some sort of comunications arry in empire at war, maybe But the jamer in SWGB was just eye candy. It did not really jam anything. Yes that is correct, I hope there is none of that in empire at war.

  23. But they talk about having to protect transporters, they nust be indervidual units.
  24. B-wing maby not, there just replacements for the Y-wings, tie intercepters, definaly they empire needs some speedy units.
