In fact, ATi are now on version 6.3 of their drivers. So you will need those. Also, make sure that you installed Direct x9c direct from the cd. Make sure as well, that any anti-virus software is off during all installs. If you had/have any mods, remove them. When installing the drivers for your graphic card, its best to remove the old drivers first. Not to make you worry too much, your processor *could* be on its way out. A few years back my PC (with and AMD chip) decided to keep rebooting randomly and I couldn't understand why. I replaced everything. Graphic card, motherboard, RAM but it turned out to be the CPU. Power supply has been mentioned but unless you have a 200 watt power unit, I wouldnt worry too much about that for now as your PC specs are not that demanding. DMUK
