yup and thats why the must be crushed it would be cool to have for example the imps with thier juggernaut war machine and having a mediocre spy netwrok good enough to find some traces or small bases of rebels but nothing big and for the rebels they could get better starships later in the game so like the imps are good early heavy hitters, but it evens out the later in the game! welcome to the forums and listen to swiftie, the fobdo bites

i hate games that are like x=y and z = k and when yo match them up they both obliterate each other. you have all the ships inferior to myu DS bwahahaha i think thats balanced enough perfect

well they have to be reasonably balanced to the movies. rebels have good elusiveness and sneaking hit and run attacks imps are the huge behemoth juggernauts that can crush any foe....if they can find it i see that as a balance speed/steath vs strength and sheer numbers? my thoughts.

ugh there wont be an EaW 2 with a later timeline because it would screw everything up with our timeline that we made ourselves! itll prolly have more units and an improvement over Eaw 1.

but for some ships they cant be put in, unless it would upset the game too much, what would be a rebel counter to an SSD? invisibilty? al ships be able to dodge better? im just talking about some cool little snubfighters and light ships, not huge WMDs

hey nevets why do you think they might be in? just because they are post ANH doesnt mean they can be in, if petro allowed us to drastically change the timeline, we could have some b-wings or interceptors in because the player could decide to have them even before when ESB happened, if we could use those extremes

to claarify on the timeline it starts before ep 4 with late clone war tech and moves up until you have researched everything, to note though, since the timeline is ALTERABLE dont think of the game according to episodes 4-6, it just starts after ep 4 and goes,you can make up your own episodes! kill luke off the bat! convince yoda to the dark side and etc.

i say there are too many mods, there used to only be like 5-7 but now there is over 10, 14 i think. and if they can all lock threads, there are too many of them to just agree on what to lock and what not to lock. thats my hypothesis anyways

i was thinking of something diffrent in order to do his they need to have the win requirements as eliminate all hostile forces, no temliminate everyone. if lets say the rebels won the battle, and 3 SDs couldnt run ior shoot and otherwise disabled, at the end of the battle the rebels could take em in and repair the ships and use them as there own?
