  1. also, there were many more types of SDs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imperial_Star_Destroyer PS I was gone for a while, but I know a lot about EU after Ep. VI. I can help answer any questions.
  2. The ARC-170 I believe is what you are talking about. It was meant as a heavy fighter/scout/bomber for the Republic. I think it might have been designed by the makers of the X-Wing, but I'm not positive.
  3. The B-Wings and TIE Defenders weren't designed untill after ESB. The E-Wing wasn't designed untill way after ROTJ. Thus, none of these ships are likely to be in EaW as it takes place between ROTS and ANH.
  4. lol yeah he had to chase Palpy all around Corsant. Maybe that's why he was hacking so much in the first 10 minutes of Ep III
  5. Basically the Battle of Corsant, and the kidnapping of Palpatine.
  6. How about: Jedi Diplomat Jedi Warrior Jedi Healer Jedi Councel Member
  7. Cain: Yes sad we won't be getting it soon. But this can also be good. I know I speak for a lot of people who play SWBF when I say that that game was rushed. The makers had to make a deadline, so we missed out on some greater aspects of the game. Now, SWBF hasn't even been out a year and they are making a second version. I think the guilt finnally got to them about "cheating" us of a nice game.
  8. seems to me that the Venator is what comes between the two SDs. Although, IMO the Venator is more of a carrier/light crusier compared to the Victory, which kind of takes away from the SD aspect of it as it is not the most powerful ship in the Republic/Emperial fleet.
  9. http://lucasarts.com/games/swempireatwar/indexFlash.html#Home We finally have an official site from Lucas. Before, it seemed as though they had left us "hanging", focusing on other games more than EaW. IMO, this could be that Lucas has finally realized how great this game will be because of it's designers. Could this mean that we will be getting previews on a more regular basis? Will this speed up the arrival of EaW in stores? PS sorry if there is already a topic on this
  10. Oh wait. Forget my last post. I now see what you are talking about. The building on the left does look like a SWGB power core.
  11. look right behind "Obi-Wan". the color slightly fades, just like the shield in Ep I protecting the gungans. I would eventually like to see a power core, but IMO it is not needed with the low resources management in EaW.
  12. Before these pics came out, I had guessed that there would be a Death Star no matter what. From seeing the first pic I am very excited. But from this group that was not my favorite. I must say that the second pic is a great additionto the power of ships in numbers. It also gives us the idea of what damage starfighters will be able to inflict on capital ships(I am guessing that the ISD wasn't the only thing in the second picture to inflict damage on the Mon Cal). Sith PS it's great to see a SW EaW community other than lucasforums or lucasarts.com, especially with such a small amount of people
