I was able to make him go somewhat speechless on thursday but today just because he got someone on his side he thinks he won the damn argument. Well i'm posting this because I thought that more people would be interested in events created by this forums. So let me start off Well with the first event done and successfully hosted I came back here just to ask if anybody else wanted to join the PFF Clan. I'm planning to host a Rise of Nations event on Saturday, October 29, 2005 if anybody is interested. All we do is just to create games for everybody to get less stress out about and so we can have a easier wait for EAW and Rise of Legends (For me). Once EAW comes out we'll be hosting events against people and possibly other EAW clans. As I said this right now is just to host games for other people to join up with and to easy the wait for EAW. Ok if you want to join just let me know and i'll add you to the Clan section. (Other mods/admins please keep this announcement up to November 12)

Well i'm just wondering if anybody is going to get Civilization 4 so I can get this game into the third event. Ya I know i'm making a big deal about the events now but they're fun as heck. Well it wont on November 5th but on November 15 and thats if a fair number of you get Civ 4. So if your getting Civ 4 during and after October 26 post here and tell me if your buying it so I could consider Civ 4 as an event. Sorry for all the postings here but well events are fun Part 2 edit: When I was tracking it I thought it was a boring game but now I got it its more then I expected which is awsome. It has nice features and well I made a topic about this in the "Master Gamer" section so if you want to check it out go there and see what I like about it . Ya well I made a mistake when putting in the AI since we owned both 1 insane or 2 mediums and maybe next time have 2 insanes with our 4ness of resourcing and golding. Was very fun and I loved messing around since thats what games are for Well i'm thinking of what the event 2 should be about.

Interesting, well it depends what the AI does and what you do since not everthing can go picture perfect. Well if the AI is cowardly at the start there you go and if you make one mistake its all over.

What I mean by healing is fight another day........I thought you knew that since a dev mentioned that if you win/lose in a section of some planets space and go back in the same space position that you will automatically be healed. Might of been one of those bad rumors but its what I heard from a dev diary or something.

Ok whos stupid enough to send one unit against many? I tried once to scout but saw what happened. Well I assumed that you'll you have all your fighters in the area and you send all of them in and take only the worst 5 out and get them healed. If it was 25 you'd give the advantage to the enemy and your down the tube unless you have a hero around.

Yup and I used that as an example. Well my bad I was thinking in a Rome Total War way so sorry and I think my point was invalid. Let me restate that, well what would be easier to get in and out of battle ? Group of 5 or 25 fighters ? I Say 5 since you'll change the tide of battle if you bull out the wrong 25 instead of 5.

Well realisticly would you build 25 or 5 right away? Well i'm guessing that you build a small base then grow with 5 fighters at a time while expanding right ? Well if you build from SD ,if thats possible, then you would store 5 at a time if it holds about 40 since you dont want to squash them in there and make them less effective.
