Planetary garrisons and attacking in general

i think a good solution will be a troop limit on every planet. the limit will increase after you have upgradet the base or establised a trade route. the minimum of troops on a planet should be 1 and increase after upgrading you base. like this Base lvl 1 : needs 1 garison troop limit 4 units Base lvl 2: need 2 garison troop limit 8 units Base lvl 3 : needs 4 garison troop limit 12 Trade routes increase your troop limit +2 on every planet you should have a button "Garison" with you entered you garison menu. in this screen you can transfer ground troops and Fighters to the planetarion garrison or from the garisson to your fleet in the orbit. on the spacemap/planetary you will see some littel icons with shows you the garisson status and his troop typs. about the troop limit we can talk but i think its necessary that we have a minimum of 1 troop on the planet. No Base will works without personal. If you send your last troop from the planet to your fleet. the base should go inaktive.if the enemy attacks the planet he will invade it without a battle. he will gain a chance to find the inaktive base and destroy it or find some spionage reports about other bases. if you reinvade the planet you will get you base back after the battle with her old lvl but you must pay some credits to repair it. if the enemy has found you base at his invasion you will dont get your base back logical ^^ -

maybe you have an extra order. Attack run or stormattack. Unit moves / ran fast to the selectet location and fires during moving. low accuraty normal attack. Unit will walk normal to the selectet location and attacks. middle accuraty defence or secure attack. Unit moves slowly to selectet location. The unit trys to usw the ground strukture for defeating and attacking. Infantery units will breaking up her formation unter heavy or artillery attack. high accuraty -
area 51. militäry base in the usa with a top secret status. it is called that there will be aliens from other worlds ^^

mhh why destroy the SSD? attack with some blockaderunner fly trough the blockade and áttack the unit on the ground of the planet. After this attacking with your other fleet and blast the enemy out of the space with the planetary turbolasers ^^

"From the reports we know that the ships in the battle must first get into postion of firering. At the Sides they have more firepower so that they turn right or left during the battel. What happened if the enemy destroys the weapon subsystems on the left side. Would my ship turning to get the weapons on the right side in position or will it roll on his own achs to starting fireing to the enemy?" this is for me an interessting question. Maybe the ship needs to turn around 10 Seconds, but rolling on his own achs only cost 3 Seconds. And in a Battel every singel Second can be turn you battel luck from victory to lost. -

mhh maybe we will have some heros who fight in the battels. Luke, obiwan Darth vader aso. the other Heros are only planetary governeurs or special units for espionage or sabotage, research and so on. like this Repel side: Hero: Lando Calrisian Bonuses: +10% Produktivitit +20% Trade incoming (Traderoutes) Ability: Research of Ground & Space Struktures story: Lando calrisian was ..... (a small story about the person like in SW Repellion.) Hero: Han Solo Bonus: 50 % travel speed (travel faster) Smuggler (espionage or sapotage units will found difficulter by the empire) Empire Side: Thrawn Bonus: 20% Produktivity (Faster Ship building) 10% Research (Faster researching on this planet) Ability: Research of new Ships & components -

maybe corruscant will have a big map in city style large buildings connectet with bridges, some greater places with parks and landingsbays. from the Style of the map you can only attack with light vehycels and infantery troops. this would be in my sight a cool or good idea, because from the most games i know you build after some time only the big and heaviest units. From C&C i know in the end of the game i had only build tanks and some small cheap infantery for the anti infantery (Tiberian sun, grenadiers and Titans) -
*shaudering* EAW at the GC mhh it will be nice that we can see EAW at the GC, its not far from me here but i dont will go to the GC Private problems with some people who visit the GC and i dont want to meet them there. If some one of you goes to the GC make please a report from the game ^^

i thin this will be a boring game. The heros of the humans (o neil aso.) will win every battle. and all the planets will be called BTX2334 PX3434 aso ^^ mhh waiting to the mod ^^

its was a fault of ourer planetary history and no one did realy learn something from it. all the lands put a large amount of money in they weoponary and the researching of new deadlyer weapons. everywhere on the planet a large amount of people died because they have no food or were killed by weapons with have sell the lands. i would only say that everyland should stop producing weapons and the researching of new deadlyer weapons. They should take all the money to research medicine against deadly deseases and should bring the exploration of the space forward. They should aso stop discrimination of other peoples and religions. We were one planet and so long if we dont can think that every people on the planet are ourer brothers and sister we will have WAR, HUNGRY and DISEASES. So this was ist from me. at hiroshima, i think the american people had make the false thing. They had should the power of the weapon on a terrain were no people lives. But i think if they dont had drop the bombs the second World War were continued some months or years. And in the end maybe we dont were here on ourer countrys and write this message.

mhh 12.000.000 multiplikatet with 6 were 42.000.000 torpedos fired at 1.000 SSD were around 42.000 torpedos for each SSD. i think this would be enought to collapse the shields an then we have around 12.000.000 x wings with will make a kamikaze attack to the bridge of the ssd ^^

@ Gen Vader if you mean the Game halo there were no much censoring ship the senosring ship is in the 3d shooters most time that the enemys dont bleeding and you cant crush them to explode if some one know "Fallout Taktics" in the internation version you shoot at an enemy with a bazooka you see a explosion and the enemys Body flews in small portion trough the area. in the german version you see, the explosion and the body lays only down at the ground in a small blood area (i dont know the exact translation for "Lache" or "Pfütze""

in ourer land most of the games were cencored. No blood. no real dead body movings when you shot at them. (Farcry in the first version the bodys dont splatter blood or have real movements. i dont know the real thing but i know that ou can aktivate this in the version 1.0 of far cry, the developers from far cry had to bring out a patch with deaktivate this or the the game will be indiziert). We have in the german version of the games no splatter effekts or things, sights and flags of the "Dritte Reich" (every one knows ourer history but trough the cencores the storys of the game will be dropped down. at "Return to Wolfenstein" every Nazy flag were editet or cut out of the game in the ende and every storyelement. After this you fight against a cult.) its a little bit funny if i think to this, in german TV you can see some brutal scenes But in games they will cut out.

SW Empire at War: Reality of Rebellion Mod

i dont want to say anything about moders but i think it to early for thinking about mods and their strucutres we only know about 30% of the game and the other 70% are unknow. We know there will be heros, there will be a research option, trade routes aso but we dont know how will it work in the game in the first post of this tread Stellar Magic says somehting about the realism mod and how the Ground unit Teams will be shown. The idea is not bad, but we dont know something about the strukture of the ground troops. Will you can control every singel infanteryst like Sudden strike or will we get an infantery squad like Dawn of War or Ground Control 1. We can collect ideas aso and post them here in the forum so that someone can read it, maybe Petro will use some of the ideas. But at this state of the develovment i think it is not useful to think about this or other things for making a mod. We know that EAW will be a great game but my morale will droping down if i were worked for Petro and develop EAW and some months for the release the EAW FAN Community is already planning some mods to make the Game bether with i develope at this moment. -
mhh i play WOW but only on German Servers because some of my friend played there too if anybody plays on the German RPG Server "Der Rat von Dalaran" send a message to Seewolf or Firewolf
