I think the "Modified Corvette" is actually the Tantive IV under the command of Captain Antilles.

I'd use it as an Uber fighter base. Maybe thats just me though.

As I will play as the rebels I would first get a sizable Fighter Fleet around my major planets. Maybe with a few Corellian Corvettes at the Shipyards and a Capital Ship. I will slowly expand. I wouldn't want to spread myself too thinly. I learned that from playing Rebellion as a Kid. I would ensure that each planet had a sizable Garrison before moving on to the next one.

If ou want loads of jesi go the the Sith War Mod being made by Xyvik he is planning to have a lot of Jedi, Sith and Mandalor running around the Galaxy. Legacy of War will be adding in some of more major Jedi like Corran Horn, Jacen, Jaina, Anakin, Lowbacca. We may even have some of the White Current H'kig Priests during the "Black Fleet Crisis" Era, not sure how we will integrate them yet but we'll have to wait and see.

IA2 is doing the Clone Wars mod.

As I support the rebels but will inevitably play as the Empire sometime along the game I will keep the DS at coruscant to ensure that the rebels can't surprise the Throneworld. I wouldn't destroy a planet as it can be used to further my army size and could hold a Hero that I don't know about. I mean I wouldn't destroy somewhere like Tatooine as Mara Jade could be there undercover as one of Jabba's Dancers.

The Executor was made by our Modeler Eldor last week. I can't give you any definates over the structure of how we will intergrate our models because at the moment we are only releasing the models we make as part of the Mod. They will not be available, as far as I can tell, for general release. Sorry. If you meant can they be used in Skirmish Mode. Then Yes, they most definately will. However all units will be balanced for use in the skirmish mode= In GB mode they will cost a lot more and be a lot stronger than the skirmish version of the model.

IMO that the screens so far are from right at the end of the game. IMO at the start the Rebels will have the Corellian Corvette, Nebulon-B , the Galofree Med Transport, Y-wing and Maybe the Headhunter. The Imps will have the Ep3 units, Tartan Cruiser and TIE Fighter and TIE Recon. The Imps will have greater stuff bbut will probably take longer to get to the next research grade while the Rebels will steal loads of tech quite quickly allowing them to get the basis. Rebel Fleets were usually a MC80, a MC40, Nebulon-B, 3 Corellian Corvettes and 2 Gunships. Imperial Ships were constructed to work in small groups of 1 or 2 ISDs with support craft. That is why I am so surprised not to see Carrack Cruisers. They were an Integral part of the Imp Fleet system.
