I am truly happy so far with the quality and AI improvments. The game is very well balanced that you cannot quite do with Rebed.

it depends on your MAC O/S . there are emulators I think that can run winx programs on top of your MAC o/s.but I know nothing on MAcs. yes, get a P/C. PCs with decent power can now be had for $300
