i dunno what you mean with unlockable but Of course it´s Luke from ROTJ. But he´s only a pilot in the game. He is flying with the red squadron I think that are the heros of the battle at Yavin in episode IV in that X-Wings. So you can´t use Luke in a battle on a planet, only in space.
