  1. ...TO THE BAT CAVE TEX! BTW: Anyone done a google image search for 'Imperial Commandos' lately?
  2. Right, i'm stepping back from all this anti-global warming/anyone concerned is a far-left liberal bollocks, because it's rapidly making this site an unattractive place to come to. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
  3. Good luck!
  4. Jahled's greatest foe:D Not just the disaster, but the one or two energy slot systems. I'm current playing a game where one system in the Sumitra Sector doesn't have any system energy or the other one (at work, forgot name of), and is an uncolonized planet. The rebs keep on colonizing it, but can't actually build anything there! It's like completely stupid in a hilarious way. It would be cool to have between fifteen to eighteen slots of energy throughout the galaxy, including outer rim systems, and with no natural disasters!
  5. How cool are they! You lucky Americans you
  6. Ah yes, the wonderful Church of the Flying Speghetti Monster http://greatfirewallofchina.org/test/ No idea if it's authentic, but this site is apparently blocked.

  8. Nice work Tex fella! Despite being unable to help atall, I would reckon the natural disaster formular must be in there somewhere, given facility data files would appear to be in there...
  9. I believe that climate change is real, a major threat, and almost surely has a major human-induced component, but accept that the science of climate change remains incomplete. Some elements are based so firmly on well understood principles, or on such clear observational records, that most scientists would agree that they are almost surely true (adding CO2 to the atmosphere is dangerous; sea level will continue to rise etc). Other elements remain more uncertain, but we should be deeply concerned about their possibility. Given I am not a scientist specializing on the subject, I would rather go with the majority of the science community than a small minority, in the belief that human activity is in all probability the cause of global warming. New Scientist has some interesting articles on the subject. Though don't get distracted reading about the clouded leopard found on the south-east Asian islands of Borneo and Sumatra they've just discovered. Entirely new and unique species!
  10. About the most serious topic of our times, the fact Saudi-financed religious hate is fostering 9/11'a, Madrids, 7/7's, and murderous suicide attacks in Iraq. But never mind. The thing that concerns me about all of this is the obvious complete polarization of opinion concerning the subject. The term 'alarmists,' is simply unhelpful. I work in conservation, and many of my colleagues are scientists who are trying to repair the damage global warming is/and has done with our delicate ecosystems; but are by no means the anti-globalization scum who I detect you view us as Evaders fella. I want nothing to do with these left-wing losers who do stuff like smash as part of their 'productive,' contribution to a very serious subject. Where I work is a target for the animal-right's nutters. I am on orders to open all mail with a letter opener for christs sake, from concern of razor blades. I was interviewed by two detectives on Friday due to concern over one slightly odd visitor we had to the library. I won't go on, because it's undoubtedly pointless, as budious's contribution and apparent attitude demonstrates.
  11. http://www.towelday.kojv.net/ Prepare yourselves...
  12. Emm.. Did I ever mention that I like your dancing monkey... No.. err.. you didn't
  13. No, honestly! I've been using the hex editor to have a look at a few game data files, and can't fathom how any of you figured anything out. I'm probably not using the editor in the correct manor, but like, how on earth did someone figure out a particular number equates to a piece of game information, as concrete as a ship type for example? All this remains a mystery..
  14. http://comment.independent.co.uk/columnists_a_l/johann_hari/article2248747.ece Well written article, from the UK's most liberal Broadsheet I read every day. And it quite rightly damns Islam, and apparently our dependency upon it's resources Robin Williams was obviously very funny about not purchicing oil in the middle East , but to be quite frank, we can't manage can we? /some dialolgue blog
  15. http://www.readersheds.co.uk/readersheds/share.cfm?SHARESHED=667 I don't know what's more disturbing; the shed, or the term 'Sheddii.'
  16. Emm, well thanks to that link Tex, I got the Hex editor up and running, but how you identify information from the game files remains a mystery to me
  17. http://www.jahled.co.uk/trooper_blasting.jpg Laser bolts are a pain in the arse to optimize though
  18. Very nice D fella! I felt inspired to make a Scout Panda: http://www.jahled.co.uk/scout_panda.jpg
  19. That really is most woo of you Tex fella! But I think i'm stuck back at the beginning... with the hex-editor bit. There fore I shall first find a hex-editor and figure it out, and then return here and using that tutorial, naturally figure out everything in the game! ..or not as the case will probably be...
  20. Looky here Rob!
