  1. Sorry, no meaning to offend! No bity me head off! I guess I was just kinda resentful to the thing when I was seven since I was kinda made an outcast for not having them and it was pretty idiotic in a small Island off of the coast of Florida. So yeah, didn't mean to offend!
  2. nice. Rock on, amigo!
  3. Happy Thanksgiving to people who don't live in the states whom I, being a culturally uneducated American, will pretend have Thanksgiving as well even though there were no native Americans. Question: Do Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving at all? I mean, I think some of the original pioneers headed North into Canada, but I don't know...
  4. How 'bout we make creative anagrams using only a couple of letters from your name from now on, vein dak?
  5. I'm guessing you enjoy the 'Games for Cheap Bastards' section on X-Play if you watch G-4, don't you? My parents were always cruel when I was smaller- they told me that Christmas came in january- when it was cheap to get presents for us and all of the good stuff was gone! /me me falls down shaking and cryin over past childhood tramas. And AdmiralToguroAni, I can only ask you this: WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!?!?!?!?!?!/1/1/1/1/!?!?!?!/1/ Pokemon had to be the biggest waste of time ever! Honestly, did anyone even have any idea how to play the stupid game?
  6. I might actually wait in freezing rain for a system... If only for the fact that I could sell it for over twice what I bought it for on E-bay Otherwise, waste of time. 1) I suck at most video games that require you to move any stick in any way shape of form (Minds out of the gutters, please, if the word 'stick' got you thinking), 2) My folks are mortally opposed to video games because they "Waste your brain to green Jell-O" and 3) heck, those stores are cold. Very cold. I don't like waiting in cold stores.
  7. now I feel bad... I made a thread that has suddenly made us all realize that we're nerdy Star Wars geeks... I completely killed my "You might be a computer geek..." thread witht his one!
  8. Depends on the stage in the game. When I'm playing as Imps on hard or something and I have to battle for Coruscant ( ) I build the LNRs, just because they're cheap and fast and the AI won't attack when they're there. Later on I build Gencors for important places, but I never really use garrissons. If it's a ship/building/resource/troop production planet, I just place a small fleet there.
  9. If you take that comment as a compliment, you might be a computer geek.
  10. In addition to this, you can just go with one of the better moves as the Imps- just garrison the hell out of Rebel planets. Does't matter if they hate you- Imp troops are hard to sabatoge, even if they are more expensive. And yes, I'll consede the point that I enjo playing as imps more than Rebs... Something about killing people is just too much fun.
  11. I thought he was a great character- one that should deffinately replace Vader or something Though I'm still bitter at you for stealing my old avatar... before I even used it.
  12. No, think of the children tactics can be chucked out for either side. Personally, rather than populate every effing planet in the huge galaxies, I just take my huge fleet and orbitally bombard whole sectors to worthless pulp once I have a cnfortable amount of credits and weaponry
  13. Umm, so, like, what's the progress on this thing? Is at anywhere near completion, or is this one of those "IT'LL BE DONE WHEN IT'S DONE, DAMNIT, STOP ASKING, YOU PRICK!!!!!!!!" things?
  14. http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0RQCdAuYUnN5hi4Q4ULNMcwj4SmdSlqbIGa0cLX8BfQmdgQ6WuLpuv*N050zkspeOvqq0W1b64VCQDjUiE8Y*uOqA7LASQVYar5QzGU4uhNo/monkey_01.gif Were you ambushed by small furry things with Heckler & Koch 9mm MP5 SD3 Submachine Guns, GAT dude? I'm so getting one of those for a pet... So how do you move twice in two days? When I was Navy brat we usually got at least a month in one place, up to two years if we were lucky.
  15. Okay, here's one: If electricity comes from electrons, then does that mean that morality comes from morons? That one was either stolen by or from a season one episode of NCIS. Still, great quotes... This stuff is my new IM profile.
  16. Based on "You might be a redneck", with lot's of differances. This is one that everyone can post on with as many as they want, so I'll start it off. If you've ever yelled "WHAT NOW, BITCH?!?!?" at a computer moniter or TV screen while in single player mode on a video game, you might be a computer geek. If you can type the alphabet without touching any of the letter keys, you might be a computer geek. If you know how to spell 'w00t' and spell it out all the time, you might be a wanna-be computer geek. If you have friends from all over the world whom you've never met in real life, you might be a computer geek. If your pimple:skin cell ratio is 1:10 or higher, you might be a computer geek. If you interpret "Wanna play football?" as "Wanna play Madden 2006", you might be a computer geek. Feel free to throw in your own
  17. Hey, you forgot one for the New Republic! Darth Trej. Darth Trej was a very powerful dark Jedi, even more powerful than both Darth Vader and Palpatine. And Darth Tyrannus. He killed hundreds of Jedi during the Great Plague, but dissappeared suddenly. Thousands of years later he reappeared and joined the New Republic. He wields three double bladed lightsabres and can destroy entire fleets of stardestroyers with just one wave of his hand. He is a powerful ally to the Republic. He can train other Jedi hopefuls in only one day and make them more powerful than Luke Skywalker. He is also very good in sabotaging and has a diplomacy rating that is higher than all Republic diplomats together. Except all these qualities he is a great admiral and can also serve as general or commander. Leadership: 1000! Combat: 700 Espionage: 200 Force Rank: 400 Ship design: Yes Facility design: Yes Troop Training: Yes Detection rating: VERY HIGH!!!!!!!1one Admiral: Yes General: Yes Commander: Yes Sorry, had to bring him in there, just couldn't resist! (/me falls on ground laughing while everyone stares at him). I liked that one robot chick... gah, forget her name! But she was an Imperial character whom I thought was pretty good... Also have to say that I liked my Thakawash guy for the NR. I wish I could actually remember my character's names! Edit: The characters are Zoelay Cintheron and Shy'ati Rhy'stol
  18. Well, he sort of did in the Imperial Remenant and all... And I suppose the Grand Admirals sort of dissprove my theory- Palpy had the initiative to hire Thrawn, despite his being an alien, and thus had a great Leader in addition to Isard, and possibly even Zinj (He used to be Imperial, right?). Maybe the issue was having too many leaders and not enough followers- its sort of like having twenty guns with one bullet apiece- each is deadly, but they're very ineffective in a firefight since you keep having to switch guns... And we'll also assume that each gun's bullett is incompatable with the others
  19. I got it to work! /me does a funky dance. Who put the Reloaded labs in the middle of the ocean? Good stuff
  20. If that ****ing thing were actually usable... What name is it asking me to specify?!?!?!? ME NO SPEAKY COMPUTER!!!!1111oneelevenonehundred-and-eleven
  21. To paraphrase (not quote, paraphrase) Zahn's Heir to the Empire, he mentions that all of the good, intelligent, promising officers had been secured spots on the Executor or the Death Star II. Thus, bye-bye all Imperial forces that are worth a nickle.
  22. Or it might have been that he didn't care- after all, you can only rule for your life- after that there's nothing really left to worry about... 'Course, I suppose this could start a religous debate, but I feel that Palpy just didn't take steps to prevent decline in the event of his death- what does he care? He's dead!
  23. Eh, that's nothing- couple of letters to Australia accidentally sent the wrong way. In Dominica they literally get hundreds of letters that were meant for the Dominican Republic each day and vice versa.
