Although i havn't noticed much of a difference in how smoothely the game runs from patch 0.1 and 0.2 it could be an AI thing in patch 0.2 that may be causing the problems but i guess only eville can answer this.

So blazican have your problems been resoveld??? well if not do a fresh D/L and install of all SWW componants into a freshly installed HW2 director i have mine set out so i have stock HW2 and then have another installation of HW2 with SWW in it and a third installation with PDS mod in it it's the easiest way to run mods in my opinion cuts out any errors and what not that could happen. storm...

erm blazican don't want to embarress you here but bulwark is in patch 2 you need to d/l that to get bulwark cos i can build it even though imo it's a bit rubbish

I think perhaps it's just been missed from this current build of the game and will be added next time.

turn research off and you seem to be forgettin' this is a STAR WARS mod and to my knowledge vaygr and hiig wernt in the star wars universe. What I would like to see is the yuzhon vong (probably spelt entirely wrong but it's understandable i hope) as my brother keeps going on and on about them

Not meaning to sound completely obvious and stupid but this is a STAR-WARS mod and therefore not meant to be played against Hiigaran or Vaygr forces because that just underminds the mod completely if you think about it so this really shouldn't be an issue and as eville said he will remove them eventually. I thought it was common sense not to play against stock HW2 races storm...

I'd just say it was a laptop specific issue and whats a 7500c graphics card is it ATI radeon based?? I've noticed that in my experience with the mod it seems to run slower on ATI based cards, I have a GF3 ti200 (nVidia) card that handles everything turned up pretty well until it gets stupidily bogged down with hundreds of ships, lasers, torps etc. Don't forget the warlords isn't just a basic HW2 conversion really it's a different game altogether just on the same engine and tbh to get it to run like HW2 would you'd need a beast of a machine. There is no real way to fix you problem really because laptops are hard to upgrade unlike a PC and thats where they start falling down imo. Hope this helps in anyway shape or form... storm...

Firstly to G_A_P, to fix your graphical issues somewhere in either gameplay or video options or wherever there is a check box that sayssomethign along the lines of scalable 3D geometry or something like that you need to untick it i think and that means it'll render the ships how they were meant to be seen and wont reduce the quality of the ship models even when the battles get heavy. Secondly to guy who PM'd Eville.....HE IS VERY BUSY........Thus may take a while to reply...End... storm....

Erm shouldn't this be posted in the 'I can't get it to work' topic? Anyway now your here i'll see what i can say to help. Firstly, have you installed everything correctly? secondly is your PC good enough to run it. Thirdly make sure you've set the game type to warords and chosen the correct teams (rebellion and/or empire) Finally we need a little bit more info maybe a screen capture or something like that could help. et me know if any of this is relevant or helpful or just stupid... storm...

All of your ideas sound good in theory however to implement them in the game (i am guessing) would be ectremely time consuming for Eville and isn't what i see as a priority just yet. Maybe when this mod is 'released' he will then address certain things that could improve the gameplay, however i think although the idea of seperately shielded components sounds good it may hinder gameplay in the process, although i'm not sure i'm just speculating and trying to read Eville's mind. storm...

Did you know though... That the ISD mkI has 80 Heavy concussion missle launchers. So there for a single salvo of those missle will do a substancial amount of damage. And plus you were outnumbered.
