I have the true answer... ITS STAR WARS!!! Star Wars has one of the biggerst cult following of any venture to date, and there are veen special types of Nerds for it (i am proud to call my self one) Keep in mind, that due to its age, we are but a small fraction of people who play it, as most video games as old as this loose all internet support. I would bet that there a tons of people content to lay a smack down against a computer, and not even look for communities like this.

Where is the continuity team when you need them? I was glad o see in the Vader-Obi fight the flashing sabers had been fixed, there were a couple clips where Obi's saber was seen from a down blade view, and the CG effects ran out of a big enough area.

There should be a few of the key ships from the Games, like the Meliniu Falcon, Fayars Flag Ship from JO, with a one build limit. They could give your fleet bonisus like faster speed or something. Ok... n00b question here... what program did you use for that. Ive done some eye stuff in AutoCAD, like lightsabers and blasters (FUN), and i could easily do something like that in AutoCAD, but i have a sinking feeling that its in another program...

I had some fun playing as the rebs recently. I recomend boosting the power of the Imps ships, but tweaking your ships speed, it makes for some fun battles, as you can do Blitz runs on Star distroyers with a Mon-Cruser that crosses the cube in three seconds. Also boosting the sabotogue and diplomacy ability of your troops, and the leadership of the Imps gives a more "realistic" game which can be fun. Just never try to make the death star bulidibly by the Rebs... it doesent turn out well *shudders*
