I don't get it You said that the AI is building DS now , no ?! But with that stats it is impossible (maint,cost) I know you have to lower the price for trhe AI to build DS (how acceptable low nobody knows...not 20 or 1 of course) There is a thread in the RDB II about how I builded the A'N II and A'N III so pls. feedback me there . Also if you want that dep. in RDB II let me konw so I will add you in the memebers list

hmmm ...maybe you incrised the power of shields with rebed ? If nothing works try adding some bombardament power with rebed to the ships and then load again the game or....more honorable build big ships with B-wings ..... with admiral and commander on bord the job will be done

The A'N II and III are already obselete in terms of R&D in the Bureau ....so we need a guy with good SW Rebellion experience and with the desire to build difficult scenarios
