Maybe some political like Osama, George W, and John Kerry

I was just thinking about taking a picture of myself and a picture of a friend and loading us into the game as personnel on opposing sides so we could control ourselves and capture each other. Imagine, "Admiral (insert your last name here)" of the Imperial Assault Fleet. I'd allow me and my friend 350 or so points to put in our 4 character stats. This is possible with RebEd, right? How would I do this?

What's wrong with the ladder? And can't you schedule tournaments on it? There's a "Tournaments" group on the left of the page...

*gasp* You're right, it's a leap year, which makes it slightly more amazing

The trilogy will be realeased on DVD exactly on my birthday, Sep. 21: http://www.starwars.com/episode-iv/news/2004/02/news20040210.html that's a 1/365 chance, the force must be with me

I prefer invading and scrapping because it's much faster than tens of sabatoge missions, and you get 10 refined materials for each mine/refinery, which means the enemy loses resources and you gain yummy materials you wouldn't get from bombarding. When I pulled this tactic on one of my friends he accused me of... err.... "date raping his systems"

Yup, it's good now. Thanks

For some reason I can't fit: "WesJanson@cox-internet.com" in MSNM of my account info, it always comes out as "WesJanson@cox-internet.co"

Does that mean you have also read them all -
Call up a friend who is not so good at Rebellion and challenge him, then just play around with him before you crush him to the ground! ...music is also nice.

So if the bombardment modifiers and the shield's strength doesn't add up like that how does it work I've been searching a while but have'nt gotten it clear... Is it something like the total bombardment modifiers in the fleet times 4 equals the affective bombardment strength to the GenCores shield strength? Does that mean a TIE Bomber is as strong at bombarding as an Imperial Destroyer because they both have a rating of 2?
-
I hate it when my enemy bombards energy slots off my systems! It just takes all the fun away and ruins a perfectly good planet, I mean isnt it enough that all the facilities on the system are wiped, does it have to turn the system into trash? Does it only destroy energy on general bombardment? Oh, how exactly do the bombardment numbers add up? Is each bombardment modifier added and pitted against the gencore strength? Like does it take 20 TIE Bombers (2 bombardment modifier each) to match a GenCore level one (shield strength 40)

What, are you going to do some evil experiments on the poor files?

I wanted to continue an online game of Rebellion with a friend, but his brother was on his computer, so he installed Rebellion on his laptop and I setup a TCP/IP game. But when he joined the session I setup, I couldn't select the loadgame window to continue our game that I had saved earlier. Does the savegame file need to be present on both players machines to load a netgame

Assaulting an enemy planet, scrapping it and leaving. Wouldn't it be easier and more logical to just Bombard the enemy planet?... heh

This raises a question. IF you have TIEs deployed on a planet and an empty escort carrier above the planet, can you load some of the TIEs on the carrier and haul em out during a battle, even though the TIEs are stationed on the planet and not the carrier

try a google search.... also, i found it here http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00000K514/qid%3D1070090070/sr%3D11-1/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F1/104-9620839-2945567

I don't think it's unrealistic that you can move units or people from system to system. We're talking about the Star Wars galaxy. Man (and other species) has conquered the galaxy, space is bustling with trade ships, freighters and transports, people traveling and shipping, warring factions, and advanced and wealthy organizations and companies. Each system you control has like a thousand to a billion people inhabating it and lots of technology and resources, more than capable of moving a dude or even an army. When you move a TIE its not flying to its destination, its just being transported. (the pic of the TIE with the blue engine trail is symbolic that the unit is on its way to being deployed on that system.) Hyperdrive on fighters allows fighters deployed on a system to run away during a battle. However, all fighters need to be put in capital ships to harbor them while moving around with fleets.

Single player games are boring, the AI does nothing How do you use rebed to make the game a challenge or more fun during single player... halve all the costs of the units? I need suggestions, how do you guys do it?
-
could i use rebed to test whether high or low is better?
-
So what is better, High dmg control or Low dmg control?? (the encyclopedia or the game manual should really tell you about all these stats ) The mon cal cruiser has a very high dmg control rating: 50. And because in the ship description it says it is "difficult to repair" i first thought that high dmg control was bad. But then at some website this guy notes that the mon cal cruiser is, among other things, "very easy to repair (despite the description)", so now im not sure if high or low is better and id like to know.
