well personally i want to see the dark empire and empires end comics put in book form, cuz they dont sell mot of the comics here in australia also maybe something focusing on Baron Fel, see how he goes from Imperial to Rebel and then to Chiss, would be cool maybe something leading up the battle of yavin, with the mass defection of the Rand Eclipse (i think) with Biggs, Hobbie, Porkins, Janson? there are plenty of gaps to be filled in, plenty of new characters to make up maybe somethng happened between Hand of Thrawn saga and NJO?

im addressing this to Mask mainly, but if any1 else can answer then fine What is a suitable polycount for a rebellion model? Right now im trying a mon cal cruiser and its about 3500-4000 is this 2 high? What is the polycount for your mc-80b and viscount models mask? also how do i know what size to resize the model to, as i have nothing as reference o and another problem, how do i get the model from .gmax to .x Please help me ppl! Thx

how do i combine all the textures into 1 files? i already use the opt23ds tool, so dont worry about that i think i just have to download the tuts and help files seperately, cuz there are none that come with gmax any1 know how to get a plycount in gmax,if help doesnt tell me?

hmmm.. u missed XWA, as well as starfighter, jedi starfighter, bounty hunter, clone wars, star wars galaxies (havent played this, but NEED this game so much, but its not out in Australia, YET I HOPE, WILL BE BEST SW GAME EVER) i cant say that Rebellion would even be in my top 5 SW games aw it might JK2 and XWA r my 2 fav games, and bounty hunter and clone wars are awesome of there time JK1, XWVTF were the greatest games o and u missed racer and racers revenge racer is a very nice game maybe no 5 in fav SW games so im afraid to say Rebellion isnt my fav SW game soz ppl JK2 wins my vote for best SW game (until i get Galaxies)

ive done te same as Vile_G, rebels with large galaxy on hard, but didnt edit the game, i took over the whole galaxy but the coolest thing was i made a fleet of over 200 ships it was SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!! it had 100s of fighters and i fought a battle with a imperial fleet with 40 or so ships and a fair bit of fighters, and put all my fighters away and just used about 30 gunships to wipe out the fighters i had 10 bulwalks in that 1 fleet that was my most memorable game i had heaps of other fleets of 20 or so ships as well, keeping the peace! lol

Can anyone here give me a step by step guide on how to convert XWA models and textures to Rebellion models? (Mask sir?) Also can anyone tell me how to resize in gmax, get a polycount in gmax, and apply textures in gmax if these questions are answered i could churn out plenty of modles to use thx in advance (i hope)

Mask has already done that... You can find it in the download section, under 'Model Editing'... i know about that tut, i mean a tut on how to convert models/textures from XWA (where he gets most of his models) and to use them in game, cuz ive been trying to figure that 1 out, but so far no luck, cuz ive never done modelling b4 get what i mean?

if mask would write a small tut on how to convert models + textures for rebeliion and how to resize, id happily do it, as i have the tools, and the time, just dont know exactly what to do

so no mon cal cruises, which make up the bulk of the NR fleet too many SDs, they arent the Empire i dont think they are all in use the the suggested timeline either i think they said Thrawn saga

well if the Imps are going to be the New Republic and the Rebels the Imps then i suggest that the Rebel HQ be re-made as the Empire's cloning facilities. the fleet ideas ive seen arent too good. i know this clashes with continuity, but it works well i think but i dunno what u guys are up too, sokeep it up so i eventually do!!!
