Hey Dude21 have you tried playing rebellion thru msn? I am assuming you have tried IP games and the msn gaming zone. Also do you have version1.01 installed? If you haven't tried MSN Messenger give it a shot you never can tell

what troops do you use and how many on each planet.

varying ways to look at this. I have been using 2 lnr's in sesswanna but no troops but when i think about it if i used no lnr's that would free up 20 energy slots in the sector and that equals 500 points that could be used for building ships or fighters. Perhaps 2 shields 2 lnr's and many troops as in 18 army regiments is the answer. if you go that route you could use your ships to be attacking elsewhere but you better damn well have a general stationed there unfortunately there are only about 10 "ggod" command guys that make a decent general. in that case what do you do if you have another sector built up? I'm thinking my next game to go with no shields no lnr's and no troops giving myself as many points as possible. bigger fleet in sess may be the answer in stopping the rebs from wiping out my fleets. Lately the maintenence points are hard to find.

i want to see what people think on this. I have been trying several different ways. Please feel free to post why you feel as you do. The way I have been playing lately I can use all the input I can get

Ok I usually play as an imperial so I know them best. I noticed thaqt a stormtroopers detection value is 25. If you have 6 of them on one of your planets thats a total detection value of 150 and those 6 would cost you 36 maintenence points to build. On the other hand an Imperial Army Regiment has a detection value of only 15, but if you have 10 of them on a planet their total detection value would also be 150, but the cost in maintenence points would only be 30. Does this mean 10 Imp army regiments have the same chance and ability to catch potential spies and saboteurs as 6 stormtrooper regiments or does the detection value increase on a geometric type scale where it would double with each new unit instead of adding the detection values together. Any ideas?

Well I will admit that being I am 35 now and highschool for me was oh GOD!!!! 20 years ago. God how I hate saying that but back then we did not have a world wide web if you did something stupid it got thru your school but no further. As far as episode III goes. If this kid is this embarrassed over it do you really think he'd want himself on the silver screen? as far as the lawsuit goes heres a question. do you think the parents would win. Now this lawsuit is in Canada so I don't know how it goes there but here in America we have some strange things happening in our courts. Take the burgla who was on top of a roof to try to break in to a building but he fell thru a skylight and broke his leg. He sued the owner of the building claiming the skylight should have been more secure and not so easily accessed to where someone could fall thru. I remind you the man was up there top break in. He won his case. Or the taxi driver who chased an armed robber and pinned him to a wall with his taxi until the police arrived. the robber claimed too much force was used against him by the taxi driver and he too won. and of course the mcdonalds case where the woman sued because the coffee was too hot and won. So anyone from Canada please tell me do the parents have a good chance with the Canadian legal system. I think here in the US they would have won before they got to court

Ok I may get shot down big time on this but here it comes anyway. As far as I'm concerned this Ghaslain kid or whatever his name is brought this all on himself. But he has to quit school, get a shrink, and cry about how embarassed he is when he was the one that caused it all. Makes me wonder if the shrink idea isn't his parents just to grab a few bucks. Grow up Ghaslain, get a life, and if you're gonna do something so dorky you will find life unbearable if someone sees it then don't tape it halfwit. Ok I said my peace. Granted it is a bit harsh and I may get shot down by the members of this forum who feel I am being a bit insensitive toward him but that is simply the way I see it. Just an opinion folks. We have a new Rebellion ladder at Case's Ladder which I created via my league at Case's Ladder http://www.myleague.com/rebellion Come on you multiplayers let's put some competition in this game and join the Rebellion ladder. Ragnar, Egzuki and I have joined. I created the new ladder so we could have a fresh start for all the multiplayers. By the way we can set up the tournament right from there.

If your opponent would not mind too much you can go to very slow and catch up with your messages. Then return to slow speed again. Many of my opponents do that and it's fine with me as long as they don't use very slow during a blockade I never have a problem with it so just find out before the game starts if they are agreeable to that. If they're not don't play them. The game won't be enjoyable if your not allowed to do what you need to and how you need to do it because someone is stubborn about it not going fast enuf for them. Right off the top of my head I can list myself and egzuki_disdira as 2 players that would not mind for we go to very slow when needed and I am sure there are others who would be as agreeable.

I was messing around with the idea of a medal for the tournament winner but I am no graphic artist. USA here and speak only english and very very little spanish enuf to say hello how are you and I know my numbers but can't read spanish at all. But thanks to my online translator i found i'm not totally lost when i see the other languages being written in the forums.

Can't really say what type I am. I guess you could say a guarded personality type. Physical abuse in childhood has made me very distrustful of just about anything and anyone with very few exceptions. My strong points would be creativity, sense of humor, and the habit of taking anything that comes at me head on. Faults I would have to list temper(I can be prone to losing my temper for something that really there is no need to get mad about) aqnd distrusting. If a stranger is nice or polite to me I immediately figure they are up to something. Wife thinks its my childhood but I say its my Massachusetts upbringing. People from Boston or near it have this attitude if I don't know you I don't want to know you get lost! I have abandoned some of that since I came to California but at times I still have the same attitude. I trust no one except for those close to me and I am not an easy person to get close to. Ask my wife. The first 2 years I held back feelings even from her and she said I didn't just have walls up I had a mixture of concrete and steel around me. Finally I'd say loyalty is of utmost importance to me but I never look for anything I don't give in return 3 fold. Loyalty and trust but for me I'd say they go hand in hand.

Us "yanks" have got a guy as president who says it like it is. He takes no shit and his attitude is your with us or against us end of story. Now perhaps his style is not exactly Emily Post but I for one think that Bush is on target in what he does and I have no problem on how he says it.
