Does anyone know where the file Rebellion_x64.reg is located

Has it been lost in the black hole of the internet? It's not in the archive and if I google the file name, i just find the discussion of the file from the forum, but not the actual file itself. Can anyone help me out? With this file, i should be ready to try manually installing the game on my laptop and hopefully continue to play this AWESOME game.

It is in the most recent archive file you download in the x64 installer package thread. Extract archive, follow directions, right-click on the *.reg file type and Windows will recognize it and the "merge" option will appear in the standard right-click menu operations.
