Relentless Posted January 16, 2007 Posted January 16, 2007 European rock/metal is original Besides Trance and anime music (Anime music spreading every genre) German/Finnish music seems to please my ears. Rammstein - Der Meister Britain is everything when it comes to metal and rock. The fact that a Noth-American human being just called Finnish music good is simply... disturbing. ;D It bring upon us more of famine, death and war, you know religion has a lot to answer for. -Steve Harris, Iron Maiden

Relentless Posted January 17, 2007 Posted January 17, 2007 I'm being shoved into the world of Japanese music by a guy I know through the internet. X-Japan - Art of Life 34 minutes long, seems to have nice lyrics and solos but the singer is obviously not that good at English. It bring upon us more of famine, death and war, you know religion has a lot to answer for. -Steve Harris, Iron Maiden

Guest Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Britain is everything when it comes to metal and rock. The fact that a Noth-American human being just called Finnish music good is simply... disturbing. ;D i agree with you that the best rock and heavy metal comes out of britian seeing as thats most of my Cd collection and my ipod is music from artists from the UK, 2 best metal bands ever from the UK are iron Maiden, and Black Sabbath and finnish metal is alright and nice choice in music Mikan The Who - Quadrophenia
Mikan Cyclone Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Darkness, Zeppelin, Beatles, and countless others. UK is the home of GOOD Rock (not saying Elvis isn't good, he rocks!) Reel Big Fish- Cheer Up http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a245/loverdog/pffuserbar1.jpghttp://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i276/At-At_controller/leetspeak4cz1jr.gif
Guest Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Darkness, Zeppelin, Beatles, and countless others. UK is the home of GOOD Rock (not saying Elvis isn't good, he rocks!) Reel Big Fish- Cheer Up Actually i think elvis sucks and is over rated completly thats just me though Iron Maiden - Different World
Relentless Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Iron Maiden - Different World Man, that's probably the suckingest song of this years album, yet they had to make it into a single and make everyone listen to it instead of the better ones because it's the shortest of the album. I'm not saying it's bad, it just makes me mad that the mainstream-long hogs all the spotlight once again. Judas Priest - Breaking the Law It bring upon us more of famine, death and war, you know religion has a lot to answer for. -Steve Harris, Iron Maiden
Ghostly_Substance Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Kumiko Noma - Lilium ~Extended~&Lilium - Music box version Both are from Elfen Lied and the second one is a bit remixed. Even though its a "sad" music it still is good to listen to. -One Empire falls another riseshttp://myanimelist.net/signature/EuroSubstance.png http://miniprofile.xfire.com/bg/os/type/2/ghostlysubstance.png
