FinalBIG extended to support MEG file editing

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I've upgraded FinalBIG (some may know it from editing CNC Generals/LOTR) to support editing MEG files.

You can add new files, edit existing ones (directly inside the MEG, no extraction necessary) etc.

Features texture display and support for external editors (as long as those can load a file passed as command line argument).

I'm thinking about adding support for displaying the models (already supports showing the W3D files of CNCGen/LOTR, so

a basic display engine would be available), but haven't decided about that yet.

Download is available on http://wagnerma.de . Please have a look at the readme.txt file and back up your original MEG files

before playing around with them ;).

Any suggestions, bug reports etc are welcome.

Matze

All that is now. All that is gone. All that's to come, and everything under the sun is in tune, but the sun is eclipsed by the moon...

"There is no dark side of the moon really. Matter of fact it's all dark."
