lol nice :D looks funny.. i wish we could make AA look more like conucussion missiles .. those missiles that fire straight forward, i dont like too much :/

when can we expect an updated beta for the moddin team.?

id really like to try out some new things with the updated version of the mod

Well the multiple AA shots are only on the AT-ST/A, the plain AT-ST in the mod has a single shot concussion missile along with a side firing blaster cannon (Which unfortunately comes from the same side as the missile because there isn't a muzzle on the other side).

 

I'll be releasing a new version once I get back from spring break, so about a week and a half.

Lordy have I been busy, but most of what I've been doing is building stuff that is ... less then image worthy...  By which I mean I've been concentrating on structures and the tech tree, and implementing training levels on capital ships, which if you haven't guessed is a real pain.

Training levels at work...

 

Broadside Corvette (Untrained)

Broadside Corvette (Basic)

Broadside Corvette (Trained)

Broadside Corvette (Highly Trained)

 

As to pop cap... Certain units have negative pop points.

 

Freighters:

Corellian Action IV (-75 Pop Points)

Corellian CR90 Corvette (-1 Pop Point)

 

Command Vessels also have negative Population Points.

 

Pop points are determined by a simple computation of crew size and cargo space, this means that some units take up tons of pop points.  A single VSD takes up around 54 pop points and a ISD takes 335 pop points.  In order to deploy large formations of units you'll need to employ either freighters or command vessels, heck you need freighters just to deploy a single Imperial I.

For Ground Vehicles training levels increase:

Weapon Recharge Rate

Weapon Accuracy

Special Ability Recharge Rate

 

For Starfighters, Starships, and Airspeeders Training Levels increase:

Maneuverability

Acceleration

Weapon Recharge Rate

Weapon Accuracy

 

For Infantry Training Levels increase:

Hitpoints (Slightly)

Rate of Fire (Slightly)

Accuracy
