The more or less direct translation would be like 'If you want it' with want just spelled the wrong way. One German word for if is 'wenn', so it's at first a bit confusing with when and 'wenn', cause they almost sound the same. But this is all just a wild guess Maybe he really put it on deliberately, to get some attention.
