I'm not releasing an additional Beta version because we're about to get the final game. Currently the most advanced version released is the V0.4. You can find it in the compiled list of mods. I also know the basic in XML, maps, EU, cannon, skinning. I know enough about these to understand what people are talking about. I just started with XML when the demo came out, and modified some stuff. I'm not that great, but I can follow instructions, and I have some good idea about how we can implement transports and such.
