Minus the Moldy Crow, X1, Accuser etc. This lends me to believe that there may be extra units we have not seen!!! Anyway back to the Idea of new tactics. We all know the Imps use TIES as a screen for Capital Ships. If we set up a hypothetical fleet scenario. No Super Weapons just One fleet vs Another. The Fleets automatically set themselves into Formation. So If we have 4 Mon Calamari Cruisers that is 2 tactical Groups. One with 3 and Support Craft the other is a standalone with more support craft than the Prime Fleet. Send the First as a Central Ackbar Slash. Straight towards they're Capital Ship all Guns Blazing. the Secondary Group will come up behind the Main group and at the last second will Leapfrog the Primary group using they're unladen shields to Wreak Havoc among the Imperial Fleet. The Same can be used for the Imps but with ISDs instead of Mon Cals and the Fleet would have a Victory or a Venator as the secondary Task Force leader instead of another ISD. Ideas on this Assault would be welcome. Any counter strategies also welcome. No Flaming in this Thread, NOTE I WILL BE WATCHING!!! Also, when your Ackbar Slash comes, I will slaughter it with Lancers, Corvettes, or another anti-fighter ship and then move in the Mon Cals and pelt you with everything I've got! Beat that! The 3 basic Mon Cals in Triangle Formation would go straight for The Imps with y-wing support and half the Headhunters, also 2 of the Corvs 2 Gunships and a Marauder Corvette. They would do an Ackbar slash taking out the Imp Fighters and Bombers in a Hideous Crossfire. The Secondary Force (Home One, MKII the other Support and Headhunters) would go for the Broadsides and the Interdictor in a Hammer attack. This would Cripple the Imps.
