edit: SWEET, a series I wanted to see is finally being aired on YTV and I hope it aint cut for the cry baby north americans One Piece got tons of stuff cut out. Yay Ghost In The Shell is going to air on YTV. I thought YTV was very picky on what Canada watches but I guess it can censor the crap out of the version that we'll get half of the stuff since that show contains heavy nudity Watch someone sue YTV just because of nudity because the parents were lazy of holding the kids back.

 

Btw what you think of these Goufs mobile suits but from 2 different series ? Also hows the last suit ?

Gundam ? Not a Gundam but a mobile suit Gundams are specialized mobile suits (hero).

 

Uh Ranma has no military from what I seen on Google so uh.........bye bye ? But Ghost In the Shell on the other hand would have a chance to hack (yes I said hack) into the mobile suits computer system. btw thats not nerdiness but comparison.

actually ranma could beat any mobile suit depending thier ki(rage) being generated in battle. he could pull them into a spiral and then using all thier hot ki around (which would be generated alot by somethin so big) would blast them into the air/hurricane created by the vblast. So if your enemy generated more ki, the more powerful the blast would be. It is called the Hiru Shoten Ha, or dragon heavens blast first displaed in volume 22.

^Transformers cybertron is coming out in the UK on monday. The plotline is supposed to be as crap as ever but the new optimus looks great.

 

Say, can anyone else from the Uk reccomend me a good channel that shows anime? On sky I mean, and not including 'toonami' Uhg.....

Cowboy Beebop was good. Very episodic (probably not a word), but that isn't really a bad thing.

the first 10 or so episodes of GTO (Great teacher Onizuka) were good and a 1 or 2 others after that. I liked the manga better.

I like the setting of Outlaw Star but the writting (or maybe the translation) left something to be desired to me.

Ghost in the Shell and the few episodes of GitS:SAC I saw I liked, but I liked the manga a lot better.

I know I'm gonna get sacked for this, but I never really liked any of the Gundams. 8th MS team was ok, but it isn't someting I could conciously watch. Maybe because I'm more of the Mechwarrior/battletech type mecha fan, I dunno.

Also I never even liked any of the Dragon Balls... Very "blah" to me. Wolfs Rain was ok.

Inyuasia I hate, probably because of all the stupid crazed fans.

YuYu Hakusha (or however you spell it) was ok, nothing special.

Last Exile was good untill my favorite character died, then I didn't care for it.

And I was going to watch Trigun and Evangilon (So I can't spell, sue me..) but some friends of mine warned me not to... Evidently didn't want to hear me complain about them.

And sooner or later I'm going to get my grubby hands on a few episodes of Big-O. It looks somewhat intresting.

I remember watching the Robotech/Macross thing when I was younger, but I may watch those again to refresh my memory. I've got a feeling they're going to be like the Gundam series.

Well really if you like humanoid tanks or just semi-humanoid tanks you'll like Gundam unless you like watching it for character developement such as in Seed and Destiny.

 

Another anime to watch is Witch Hunter Robin where a witch hunts other witches and grows in power and then knowledge.

 

Ghost In the Shell I haven't seen yet and from the trailers I watched yesterday its looking sweet and Kusanagi was actually a person and now a cyborg with a human brain Interesting.

Hey hope your European is as good as the Japanese version. I bet it is since I saw the German versions in Slovakia and since Europe is also known for tons of nudity

 

Anyways the only anime Channel I can get hooked up to is YTV during fridays and saturdays. If I could the "anime" channel of some sort I bet I could watch more
