SOCL
Mmm...a gin and tunic sounds good right about now. I've lately started splitting my drinking time between beer and red wine, a good pinot noir, preferably. Mad78
I enjoy a good Red Wine with some nice food... I don't really drink it alone. Goes well with italian food. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance

Darth_Rob
I enjoy a glass of wine with certain meals, in particular at nicer restaurants and family dinners. I like white wines more than red, but White Zin (which I think is considered a "blush") is my choice wine. Your feeble skills are no match for the power of the Dark Side! Mad78
White wine with Raclette or Fondue and red for meat. Thats the way things are and how they must stay. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance

Darth_Rob
One of the best dishes Switzerland has to offer Actually I saw that on TV at some point when I was watching something on Switzerland. It must have been the Travel channel or something like that. It looks and sounds tasty. Your feeble skills are no match for the power of the Dark Side! Mad78
It certainly is. But you have to try it IN Switzerland. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance
Eagle
Do you take some snaps into the cheese, like they do in some regions? Well it´s one of those meals where you actually can cut the cheese. Who cares at all?!
Mad78
you surely mean Schnapps Eagle. No while you do put that in fondue the cheese in raclette is just scrapped directly off the block without any additives. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance
Eagle
Well, ok, than Schnaps. I´ve got Raclette at least once a year. Had that one with Schnaps, with Cherry-Schnaps to be more exactly, about ten years ago and didn´t liked it. My brother bought some in a local Migros-Store. It´s said that it was a typical swiss receipt. Don´t know from which region. Who cares at all?!
Mad78
I know there are many recipies for Fondue. Didn't know there were so many for raclette. Though it ain't uncommon to have variations in the flavouring of the cheese (pepper, garlic, ...) http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance
Eagle
I also prefer rather that one with onions, mixed pickles and stuff. Who cares at all?!
