Perplexing Question...

I'm having a hard time getting into the Christmas spirit this year. I live in southwest Wisconsin. The current tempurature outside is about 43 deg. F. We had a couple chilly (between 15 and 25 degrees F) days last week. Then the forcast started calling for precipitation. The day before the 'snow' was supposed to fly the temp. jumped to the mid 40's again. I was, and still am, pissed. I'm not supposed to be able to walk around outside in December wearing jeans and a hooded sweatshirt and be comfortable, much less break a sweat. If the snow flies, I can get into the Christmas Spirit. Unless or until that happens, it's still autumn to me.

Whine, whine, whine. Mitth, I have had a grand total of one, yes, ONE white Christmas with snow and whatnot.

 

And global warming doesn't exist.

That's just how I had it pictured in my mind J (but with the Christmas jester hat) . Then in the fight seen, the Christmas jester hat stays on all the time regardless of fighting stance (maybe it's the horns), and I'd add in some jingle bells noise during the fight scene

This will be the first one that I remember. The one time I went to California during this time of the year I was depressed the whole time because they were playing Christmas music and it was 85+ degrees, no snow. I've lived my whole life in the midwest. I need snow, or else Christmas isn't worth having.

I spent a good portion of my life in Illinois and I totally know what you mean Mitth. Living in the south where its still in the 70's is depressing since I associated christmas with snow at an early age. It just doesn't feel right.

He´s a sith-master who could either live in the times of the New Republic (just forget about the crappy Vong!) or he lives in the same decade of the empire and may be a competitor of Palpi, which weakened the empire because of another frontline. Cutors face belongs to Oettinger a minister-president, which is kind of similar to a gouvernour in the States. I allways thought that he looks kinda sith.

Freaking cold over here today and very foggy.

It is quite unseasonably warm here. I ran out and had my snowtires put on my car because everyone up at school was like "omg it gets really bad here after Halloween." But we had like one little snowstorm one night and that was it.

 

I think the cause of this is that the chain on the Dark One's prison are weakening. Thus his evil presence is able to leak out and wreak havoc on the world. The prophecys say that the world will be unseasonably warm until Tarmon Gai'don, when the Dragon Reborn must venture to Shayol Ghul and confront the Dark One in the final battle...

Anyway, so it goes, we were drinking together and I was especially drunk, so we stumbled out of the bar to try to get back to his place when suddenly I spotted some traffic cones.

Me: He, look, traffic cones! They're magical.

Jahled: Right... Let's go.

Me: No, really!

I walked over to the traffic cones.

I put one on my head.

About that time, a police officer happened by and stopped.

Jahled, having been talking to his girlfriend on the phone, kind of scooted aside and out of sight.

The police officer approached me.

Officer: How much have you had to drink?

Me: What's that officer?

Officer: [sigh] Take the traffic cone off your head.

Me: What's that officer?!

Officer: Take the cone off your--

Me: What's that officer?! I can't hear! I've a traffic cone on my head!

 

If not for Jahled's conscious suddenly showing up and forcing him to come to my aid, I would probably have spent the night in jail.

Then again, I don't remember much about it since I really, really drunk. Jahled can probably tell the story better.
