Wasn't a huntsman unfortunately (at least they're not poisoness). It wasn't as big as one (porbably half the size), but black, shinny, two big fangs and with two white lines on it's "butt". Enough to make me think twice about how to get rid of it.

It's been hot here for a few weels, and then it rained for the last two days - which would force any spiders out in search of a dry place

 

As for the ad, Mad was right about the direction - showing off a wide interactive community. The fps aspect wasn't aimed at any game specifically - just a more identifiable game style, as well as being easier to show off.

The problem about ads like that, is while they're fun to watch - they don't actually illistrate the actual product being sold, features or any real aspect of the product

I'm surprised it got through to production, even though there wasn't any product placement during the entire ad.

Regarding the Xr pictures on eBay, I don't know how many buyers did this, but at least one didn't pay, the seller left negative feedback. Don't know what happened since then.

A new twist.

Okay, this story I heard the other night at a party and have to tell. There's this guy, in his senior year of College I think, he has a double major in biology and economics with some computer technology that he took for fun and developed very well. The company that he intended to work for with the economics/biology degree goes belly up a couple of days after he arrives for an interview or something in California. Anyway, he figures that while he's there and needs a job, he might as well apply for a position at Microsoft. He and about eight other guys are interviewed. A couple of days later he get's a call and a woman tells him that if he joins up he will start with a @75,000 a year sallary, and how sure was he that he wanted the job? He replied that he was about 90% sure he wanted. She asks what they can do to fill in the other ten percent. he answers; One thing: I want an X-box 360. He takes the job and a while goes by, and he starts to think that the woman figured he was joking and just didn't do anything regarding the X-box. He's Christmas shopping with his dad at circuit city when his dad starts teasing him, pointing out all the people in line to get the 360 and talking about how he has a job at microsoft and no 360. The guy takes out his phone, calls the same lady that called him before and inquires about the X box. She sighs and says, "Sir, your X-box is in process of being put together along with every game currently made for it. It should be shipped to you by the tenth."

 

The moral: Become a really valuable person, work at Microsoft, and you get really awesome free stuff. ... ... ...
