UntimelyDemise Posted February 11, 2003 Posted February 11, 2003 Hmmm...I'm not very concerned with being "cool", either. And I know SS isn't concerned with "coolness". Of course, he just can't help but be cool... BTW, isn't "cool" a term made popular by my generation? So, wouldn't that make the "Young Generation" copycats, which is very "un-cool"? All this talk of "cool" is making me crave ice cream...Rocky Road to be exact. Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.--Napoleon Bonaparte I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.--Robert McCloskey, State Department spokesman Support the USA!
SWARMER Posted February 11, 2003 Author Posted February 11, 2003 i'm alergic to ice-cream... And i'm not concerned with beeing "cool" It's just a saying i use to say that you are old and i'm not... The Force is one and all
Jahled Posted February 11, 2003 Posted February 11, 2003 Most of the people younger than us can barely speak, let alone coin words like 'cool.' I think we should just liquidate anybody younger than 27, unless their female, and err...ummm...golly I...err...just remembered you've got a little baby don't you....err....ummm... Let them cuss us....mumble...grumble...mumble... http://www.jahled.co.uk/smallmonkeywars.gif
Darth_Officer Posted February 12, 2003 Posted February 12, 2003 i think cool is defined as a person who can be themselves and yet still not be seen as a retard. SS+ P.S. Untimely. my good friend. My avatar is from one of my most favorite episodes of CHARMED. This guy is the "Source" as in the source of all evil. i just saw the picture and had to have it as my own for awhile. I think it's awesome.
SWARMER Posted February 12, 2003 Author Posted February 12, 2003 true. I believe that totaly The Force is one and all
ElvisMiggell Posted February 12, 2003 Posted February 12, 2003 I'm only 18. You wouldn't want to liquidate me. Would you?!? Elvismiggell. Strike me down and i will become more powerful than you can ever imagine... Nu kyr'adyc, shi taab'echaaj'la Not gone, merely marching far away
UntimelyDemise Posted February 12, 2003 Posted February 12, 2003 SS: Charmed, as in the show with Alyssa Milano? Elvis: We couldn't liquidate a member of your caliber. Of course, you are involved in this petty Rebellion...and are actively trying to destroy the Galactic Empire, the only source of Order in the galaxy... Swarmer: It doesn't matter who's cool or not...we're all cool here at SWR! Jahled: Yes, my baby daughter is almost 6 mos old already! I don't want to liquidate her! In response to my age, all I can say is with age comes wisdom. I'm still actively trying to gain wisdom everyday. As I'm sure we all are. ElvisMiggell Posted February 12, 2003 Posted February 12, 2003 Good, i'm glad to hear that. Those ladies in charmed are rather attractive. Isn't Sharon Doherty in it as well? Elvismiggell. Strike me down and i will become more powerful than you can ever imagine... Nu kyr'adyc, shi taab'echaaj'la Not gone, merely marching far away
UntimelyDemise Posted February 12, 2003 Posted February 12, 2003 Oh, yes! The beautiful women abound on that show! Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.--Napoleon Bonaparte I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.--Robert McCloskey, State Department spokesman Support the USA!
Trejiuvanat Posted February 18, 2003 Posted February 18, 2003 Shannon Doherty was in the show, now she isn't, Rose McGowan i sin her place. http://www.swrebellion.com/~jahled/Trej/banner.gif
TalonNemesisKarrde Posted February 19, 2003 Posted February 19, 2003 I like that show, its on TNT every day with Shannon, but the newer ones on the WB have rose instead. I never liked Shannon....a little snobby for my taste.
UntimelyDemise Posted February 19, 2003 Posted February 19, 2003 Snobby or not, she was hot! Of course, so is Rose McGowan! Hell, I wouldn't kick any of them out of my bed...course they'd never be in my bed in the first place! Actually that's very sad... Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.--Napoleon Bonaparte I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.--Robert McCloskey, State Department spokesman Support the USA!
Darth_Officer Posted February 19, 2003 Posted February 19, 2003 untimely, i think I will be so bold as to say that you speak for all of us here in this forum. Not sad though. be glad you are in fine company. don't worry, if any one of us manage to get one of those in our bed then we will know the end of the world is at hand. Regards, SS+ here's to the army and navy and the battles they have won. Here's to america's colors. the colors that never run. Yayyy. Were going to to send the imperial navy over to iraq to oust the dark lord himself. Sauron wannabee Saddam Hussein.
Trejiuvanat Posted February 19, 2003 Posted February 19, 2003 If the Dark Side could be described as the desire for ultimate possession, Sauron did make the One RIng to rule over the other rings, ergo they would become his possession. It's the desire to rule that makes men and woman desire to rule over countries, Saddam is a petty dictator in a land that has had dictators throughout history. From Nabucodonosor down to Saddam now, Bush wants to rule economically over the world. Europe wants the cultural dominion of the Old World. Each of them is a minor darksider, all Dark Lord wannabes. Even the psychiatrist that we have here in COsta Rica (it's kind of sad to have a psychiatrist for president, but again we have had worst presidents) is a dark lord wannabe... http://www.swrebellion.com/~jahled/Trej/banner.gif
Darth_Officer Posted February 20, 2003 Posted February 20, 2003 bravo trej. ichly put. I put forth that bush does not want to rule for power sake. Bush only wishes o further the prosperity and security of the people of the USA. Like any leader, They all strive to enhance and enrich their people. This is in direct oppostion to a dictator whose only goal is to rule absolutely over his nation's people in order to fulfill his own personal enrichment along with his blood family. big difference. Europe's own people choose to embrace american culture. It is odd that europe's leaders get so upset with the USA hen in fact it's nation's people choose freely. You cannot force culture on a people. The Communists tried that and failed miserably.
Trejiuvanat Posted February 20, 2003 Posted February 20, 2003 In some other post I spoke of how Latin America lives because of how American culture has been imposed on us. It's economy is what affects all the countries from Mexico down to Bolivia and Brazil, Argentina and Chile are more influenced by the Europeans. The commercial arrangements between the Americas will only benefit the U.S. while the U.S. economic culture is forced upon us. Bush is certainly well aware of it, otherwise he wouldn't pose nicely for a picture with every Latin American president every three months or so. The communists in the Sovjet union tried that and failed, though I still marvel at Usbekistan where a communist Islam survived for almost eight years. If we see it in a more abstract way you'll realize, that the big industrialized countries dictate over the third-world countries for their own enrichment. As an interesant fact I'll simply say that for an U.S. citizen to live as he lives four or five third-world-citizens have to live in misery. Abstractly speaking, have the U.S. become a cruel economic empire as were the Enlgihs before them and so many others since the colonization of the New World. English call Francis Drake a Sir, he was a pirate who stole the Spainiards gold, whch was stolen from the Latinamerican people in the first place. Tell me what the difference between Bush and Saddam is? One is half-insane and has a moustache and kills his citizens to further his rule, the other looks like a chimpanzee and is slowly bleeding almost a whole continent to death to further the dinasty of American dominion over the Americas. http://www.swrebellion.com/~jahled/Trej/banner.gif
TalonNemesisKarrde Posted February 20, 2003 Posted February 20, 2003 If the whole world would just stop being stubborn and come togather into one organization, all this petty posting would stop. Nationalism is unnescessary. If everyone is a UCW citizens, it wouldnt matter (United Countries of the World). So overthrow your governments and join me in this wonderful dream!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHA
UntimelyDemise Posted February 20, 2003 Posted February 20, 2003 UCW sounds too much like the United Federation of Planets...too "Trekky"! Guest Scathane Posted March 23, 2003 Posted March 23, 2003 To get back to the initial subject: how many ranks are there and which? Is there a list?
SOCL Posted March 27, 2003 Posted March 27, 2003 Not sure anyone has asked, nor if anyone has written this anywhere, but what is the number of posts necessary for each rank? And, thus, what is the order of ranks (and do you guys seperate the Naval ranks from the Army ranks from the Fighter ranks)? Don't worry, I won't spam to get the rank.
