Network game save/load question

I dusted off SWRebellion last week after a couple of years off. My son and I played a network(tcp/ip) game for a few hours then I saved it.

Now, I can't figure out how to load it, it does not come up in the saved games list. What am I doing wrong? I can see the saved NETGAME.001 on both machines, but only the single player games show up.

I think you have to pick it before starting the game. Or maybe after you start the game. I know it works though since I had to do it all the time cause Windows XP crashes SWR all the time .
