UPDATE

Just wanted to say I got the UK version of Rebellion working on Gameranger eventually. Could have kicked myself it was so damn easy!

 

All you have to do is rename the "SUPREMACY.EXE" file to "REBEXE.EXE"

 

Hope that helps some UK player somewhere (though I doubt it - there doesn't seem to be many of us!)

Wish I could take credit for it though - the clue was provided by gameranger itself:

the file name was preloaded into the 'browse' 'add game' window - I was too busy finding my SUPREMACYexe. to notice

 

It must have taken over a dozen attempts across 3 days before I realised

 

Still thought it a good idea to document it - might stop someone making the same mistake
