Fighting is terrible, but not as terrible as losing the will to fight.

I wish I had the skill to do that. I might buy some of the pre-assembled kits, but Luke's X-Wing is $68 alone! I also can't find any of the Imperial sets except a few speeder bikes.

I wonder how much of that he does himself, and how much he has perchaised?

Well Lego has sure as hell come along way since my childhood!

I'm not entirely sure I can take any of it seriously though with those happy Lego smily-faces.

One little point of interest you might like to know, however, is that the guy who invented Lego was a pacifist, and up until Lego got the Star Wars franchise, never released anything military in nature.

He must of died and his estate saw commercial sense.

Well, there were all of those Pirate lego sets that you could get when I was young. It was sort of a "Pirates of the Caribbean" set, with Red Coats agains Pirates. They had cannons and Sea Service pistoles. Hmm, I wonder if I can still find those sets...

Legos. I have a huge plastic box filled with my old sets. (Pirates, Knights, I even had a Lego Train).

I bought some few Star Wars Legos a while back. (They were at "low" prices, here in Costa Rica). So I bought the Falcon, Slave I, and the Jedi Starfighter.I tried building a TIE Int out of some pieces I had to some minor success. (Didn't have enough black pieces for the wings, kind of look weird with white and blue bricks in between).

Hey, GAT.. just so you know, none of the imperial stuff he made is from sets. I bought the Interceptor model about 3 years ago ($100.00) U.S.!! His is made from scratch.. I'll try and get in a scan when I get home tonight from the instruction manual for it.. his is not made from this (only) model that Lego sells.. None of the others look like the lego sets either. Lego's good, but he's an artist. =o)

I got a little interested as to what exectly you can get in the way of Star Wars Lego. I think I found the mother of all Lego sets with this. Expensive, yes. Worth it, most definitely!

I originally had a LEGO Star Destroyer on order before they produced them, but financial problems made me cancel the pre-order. I still cannot afford one if I am realistic about it. So I dream about having one. Thrawn are you going to actually get one? Just wondering.-Grand Moff Conway

Well, I'd like to get one, but I don't think I could bring myself to pay $400.00 for a toy, no matter how cool. I have other projects on the go I'd rather spend my credits on.
