Well since I can't make a new topic in the Reloaded part of the forum (hint, hint ) I'm gonna post this here.

 

New movies for Rebellion are possible ! Everything you need is on the (un)official dll-editing team homepage http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/d_kelley/rebellion/reloaded_tc/

There is also a sample movie I made as a replacement for the Alliance ending movie. This one could already fit into the Reloaded TC

 

Btw, as a precondition you need Hastings' patch to have the movies on your harddrive.

Anyone ANY idea to make movies for this (I mean, I don't like the idea of being painted blue skin, and someone else walking arround with a stormtrooper uniform )?

Seriously, like Igor already said earlier: nothing (too) fancy, just some shots from ship-models, maybe some fighters roaring by in dogfight, ... and of course it all would have to fit within the timeline and the events that these movies will be played on. So the Rebels taking Coruscant would be that they retake Coruscant, ...

Hmmm, dogfight hey? I have a feeling i can record stuff from levels in XWA. I have a pretty neat mission creator, so i could probably make some movies using my ship as the camera, however i don't know if they can be converted. If i find out the format the movies recorded in XWA are i'll let you know.

Good idea, but a converter would definately be needed.

Or ask some people of the Force.net if we can use some parts of their movies! (or don't ask them, they don't have copyright )

Yes, that is why they use 3rd party game developers to make their games.. so they don't stuck us up with another Rebellion... hmmmz I wouldn't mind being stuck up with another Rebellion...
