Probably he'll be running Microsith Media Player, and Microsith Office, and that will cause him to slow down considerably while Obi-Wan looks for the OFF Switch and Mace Windu tries the Ctrl-Alt-Delete trick to end his "jedikiller.exe" task.

 

Perhaps Artoo will fight him, in a spectacular Droid vs. Droid showdown; Artoo wil use his weapon of choice (aka Fusion Welder) and put a restraining bolt in Grievous's heel.

If I'm not mistaken, the Long Long Time Ago worm only targets Sithernet Explorer, so he'll have to be running that for it to work. On the other hand, he could just as well be attacked by numerous other worms, trojans and viruses through either mail messages in MS-Darklook or downloading epIII's through p2p software like KaSiTh...

I doubt the "I hate you" virus would have much chance because of the reason stated above. Exept if we takes it for fan mail.
