How to make the AI to build Death Stars....

Romane ?!? the tiganes (gipsi) took this name since "Tiganes or Gipsi" is no good for them an more ?! bad memories I gues ...anyway we had an order in the country to not name them Romane or something ...... but the EU intervined and heh we let this problem go . We are the descendsns of Rome ....in the middle ages we were called vlahs and our kings were great : Vlad Tepes (Dracula) etc. Anyway The name of the country is a late development (1800) : We have 3 main provinces : Vallahia (Muntenia), Moldavia, Transilvania....ehhh subject closed. God have mercy on me but I think the only people that should have been in the Hitlers holocost should be the Tiganes ...I know them presonaly and the bad things in them are in their genes no way you could change them no matter what education you give them ....Anyway I will make them an island and put them al there .....

I am sure I told N3C about it. Or perhaps I was too concertrated on playing it.

Anyway for the moment I am trying to develop my own TC so I don't have time to play. N3C is going to be my beta tester. But first I have to beat him in a major Space battle.
