Tell me what is your favorite Starfighter. Let's see if you are an Imperial or a Rebel?

EDIT: From now on please vote on the "Which is your favorite Starfighter? (corrected)" thread and not on this one since there are more voting options there

Later on in the expanded universe, Pelleon had all Interceptors outfitted with shields. and if you knock it down to two laser cannons, you can easily add torp launchers to it.

But thats besides the point.

I once knew a great man. Nothing got to him, and he always smiled. May he forever rest in peace, knowing fully well that his freinds shall remember him.

:!: Warning :!: Poster in a sarcastic mood :!:

What would unnerve everybody? I know...

I say a Deathglider...No a Starfury...no a Flash Class starfighter....

:!: Sarcasm over :!:

I think the best Starfighter in SW would unfortunately belong to the Imperials. Tie Defender. Its a good thing they couldn't build very many because it cost so much. :? Though if I was flying I'd take a T-65XJ its got the best balance fo speed, firepower, and manueverability. Even a defender can't pump out torpedoes.

Good ol' reliable X-wing. The only complaint I have is that they're too hard to doodle during meetings and/or class.

A-wings are neat too, due to their speed.

TIE pilots shake at the sound of my name! ...Hey, wait! You're not supposed to be shaking with laughter!

Which way did they go? How many of them were there? How fast were they going? I must find them! I am their LEADER!

In the games it can but that's in the games. In the few appearances it, the Defender, has in the books it only fires concussion missiles.

Does nobody remember the Ewing? Mysteriously missing from most of the NJO books, but the Ewing MkII should have been long into production by then, and sweet as. :D

Yeah it makes a few appearances in the NJO, if I remember right. But considering the ship is armed with three lasers that have a slower rate of fire then a X-wing it probably just wan't as effective against Coralskippers.
