vetman Posted May 12, 2004 Posted May 12, 2004 hahah thought this might be a funny thread, i read over the thread on trying to take coruscant and remember the old days when i played large galaxy and easy mode and used to build super fleets. mine is 412 nebulan b frigates with 57 alliance escort carriers and those lovely little cc-7700 frigates. 1166 squadrans of fighters (half b-wings half a-wings) took me about 5 minutes to scroll down hehe, of course han was a commander and ackbar was admiral. sorry if this post has sprung up before

Soltaris Posted May 12, 2004 Posted May 12, 2004 Trejiuvanat that was a rebed fleet? Was it a MP game? BTW I like to build DS a lot because it has an awesome bombardment. I sweep through with a regular fleet to kill fighters and then land with the DS a couple days later

vetman Posted May 12, 2004 Author Posted May 12, 2004 nice fleets guys, by the way, i remember the good ole days where i had a death star and a small task force fleet, the rebels had 3 of the 4 inner core sectors (i had the coruscant sectors with lots of perimeter planets) i send my small force in to deal with the ai's starfghters, then i sent the death star in and nuked every planet in the inner-core of the galaxy besides my sectors (who were 100% rebel by the end) then i simply did diplomatic and subdue uprising missions until they were back to full green. basically the galaxy was a bunch of rocks and i got tired of watchnig the death star super-laser cinematic
