My first few cards

I posted a few character cards a few days ago; the first ones I created.

They were (if I recall correctly)...

Isard

Jerec

Lennox? Did I submit him?

 

Anyway. All of those (except Lennox) were created completely by me, with the character graphics painted in Photoshop, and I think they are fairly good, so I'd like to know if I can see them on this page somtime soon.

Very cool to see more cards coming. I've only recently used RebEd and it's exciting checking out the new things people have made. I look forward to seeing them

Yeah some of the new cards cropping up are pretty darned good. I loved the idea of playing with the Master Chief. :D:D

Ah, and you'll probably see some more coming from me, since I've got nothing useful to do anyway (Yes, I know, what could be more useful than this... )

 

I thought about painting some more characters from Jedi Knight, or some from the X-Wing books (I already have a pencil sketch for Asyr Sei'lar and Warlord Zsinj. I think about doing Kirtan Loor or Captain Onoma of the Mon Remonda next).

Btw Soltaris I think you should start doing the Protocol&Diplomacy stuff for the RDB II ?! You are good talking and promoting the RDB II and our work ....Just edit the RDB II signature

I mostly do Expanded Universe character pics that seem interesting to me. (Or just any funny totally useless ones)

I'd like to contribute some of my work to a TC, so I'd appreciate any ideas about which characters are needed.

I've looked into PII, and it's interesting and very promising, I think. I didn't have time to actually play it, though.

Give me ideas for characters for which no good pic exists yet, and I'll do at least a pencil drawing. Also, I'll gladly email jpgs of my existing pics to anyone who wants to see them, should the cards not come online soon.

 

And thanks for the warm welcome. I already feel at home here .

Glad to have you with us Mr Fishface.

 

It's not an automatic process submitting cards unfortunately; Evaders has got to go though and edit all card submissions which I gather is a time-consuming process, so new ubmissions generally come in batches; the dude's got his real life as well!

 

However, in the meantime; if you've got access to webspace where you could host some examples of you artwork why not show us some?

Unfortunately not. I've had Internet access for only a few days now and I still have to learn many things (such as getting access to webspace where I could host some examples of my artwork). I'll see to it, though. Perhaps in the next few days.

 

I find Ackbar so funny. I don't know if anyone else knows it, but someone once gave me a musical remix of Mon Mothma's "Admiral Ackbar, please" and his "You can see here the Death Star orbiting the forest moon of Endor" over and over again. I love it, but can't find it anymore.

Nice artwork Fishface You play SFB too? It's been years, but I used to love playing it on hex sheets and SSD's.

The english Encytext.dll is inside the PTESB 2.4 version .....but you will find there the full SW history about him

That one might have been mine. Glad you liked it, EM! I can't say I've actually played through a whole game with Master Chief, it was kinda cool to make a card of him. The one of "Pink 5" was kinda fun to make, too.
