Request for new models

Hi folks,

 

For my personal TC I would like the following models, if people could make these up and add them to the models to download that would be great:

 

- 5km long Imperial Dominion-class Cruiser (ie a dagger shaped ship just like a star destroyer, but a darker colour and thinner like the Executor)

 

- 2.2km long Imperial Shockwave-class Cruiser (smaller version of above ship, but longer than Star Destroyers)

 

- MC40 'crusier' for Rebels.

 

- Dominator-class Star Destroyer/Interdictor - same as ISD but with gravity well projectors.

 

- Modual Task Force Cruiser 1.2 km long thin ship with 'boxy' thing at end, see the Card for this ship, its a transport type ship the Imperial Navy used.

 

- Rebel Fleet Carrier (not Quasar type ship), but a long thin retangluar (with circular ends) ship carrying 28 squadrons of rebel starfighters. See card once again.

 

So basically, I'm looking to get some of the later on ships, to increase the realism and enjoyment of Rebellion for myself.

I tried using the dominator, but it didn't work very well. I'm not sure what went wrong...

 

If anyone else has the skills and desires to make the other models, let me know and I can give you any other information you desire.

ohhhh... those are the ships you want.

 

Sorry, can't help... too many projects right now. You can download Milkshape 3d for one month free (25$ to register) and make them yourself.

 

It's a pretty easy program to use, as are conv3ds, lithunwrap and Mask's importer. There's a help file that's pretty comprehensive and people here are very willing to help with the details.

 

And its lots of fun too!

 

except for the textures... just don't ask me about the textures (you don't need them anyway. many models don't even bother).

Did you try the Dominator with my model importer program ?

I didn't have any problems with that one , except that it took forever to create the single texture map

I'd like to second that request for the Fleet Carrier, preferably based on the card by NemisiS (don't know about that many fighter squadrons, though ). As for the MC40, textures for Mask's model would be groovy.

Hi Mates,

 

Just to ask. Could anyone have a go at making a model based on MC-230 Card (it's in the expanded universe file on the site) I'm going to have a go at making a model but it will be my first try so if someone could save me the trouble it would be great.
