Desperately seeking nice person to help!

I am an avid fan of star wars rebellion/supremacy, I bought the game when it was released here in the uk... many years ago... now my copy is quite fudged, basically half of the disc is unreadable... I can only play as the Empire... and frankly that is not where its at for me. If anyone could either hook me up with the files I can't get or with a working bin file of the cd I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it...

Sorry, nobody can legally do that.

 

But if you look in the forums you'll see, that this question has been asked a few times in the last months and that some of the people here have found legal solutions for it, like auctions or online shops.

I know it sucks to have a broken cd, but making cd images of the game available would inevitably lead to our great community being shut down by the authorities and for some people it would mean going to jail

So, give it a try and you'll see, that you'll likely find another original, at a reasonable cost. Making a backup of that would not be wrong, however.

if you instal reb ed and load a TC maybe some of your files will be repaired ?! it is a possibility...since you said that you can play one side.

 

and if your game is original why can't you have support from lucasarts ?? just asking

Its perfectly legal to have a copy of your game for backup purposes... and although trading that isn't exactly the legalist thing in the world... all I really need are the files... and I don't think sending me replacement files would fall under the "lets shut down their community" category... alls I want is to play as the rebels... I'm not really in the mood for buying the game again... but if i must I will... alls I want is maybe some sympathetic soul with msn that could give me a hand... if you people have such large rod stuck up your anal cavity then I shall cut my losses and buy the damn game
