Looks like the the service tried to start, but it wasn't opening anything. I had to kill it and restart it.

 

Try now and see if its up again

Oh look, it's that time again. SVN seems to be down, didn't go back up when the forums did, requesting a restart.

No worries, and thank you for your assistance. As well, thanks a ton for helping out with answering people's questions on the Moddb page; I must say that dealing with them is by far the most aggravating part of modding.

No luck. Need to get in a proper wifi zone to VPN, maybe when I return on Friday.

So I found the service was running, but the firewall was blocking the SVN port. Should be restored now, let me know if it's not working.
